Service here is always less than satisfactory. Last night we decided to give it another try we should of saved our money. We ordered the trio fajitas which should feed 2 to 3 comfortably. We received our fajitas for 1 with a total of 3 tortillas. We spoke to a manager all he did was bring back a small portion of meat and we mentioned we needed more tortillas, never got em. Spent over $ 40 with drinks and walked out hungry and pissed. Never will I return. Be ready for disappoint if you head out to this location.

My bother and I eat lunch out a couple of times a week. We are always looking for a quality experience. This place isn’t one of them. We’ve been there twice during the week for lunch separated by a couple of months and each time the place is nearly empty. The reason? The service is the worse I’ve ever experienced in any eating establishment. You wait to be seated because the hostess is nowhere in sight. It takes twenty minutes for a server to appear. The food ends up cold, not because the kitchen does a bad job, but because the Wait staff is either on their phone or talking to each other while your food sits waiting to be served. Forget trying to get a refill on your drink.

Went on Friday mid afternoon. No hostess at door for a couple minutes then were seated by waitress working bar area. Then it took ten minutes to get waiter to come with drinks. Ordered appetizer and 2 of same entrée. My hubby and I were busy chatting and suddenly realized it was 30 minutes later. We caught waiter’s attention and he says«sorry, I forgot to put in your order… what did you want again?» WHAT? He didn’t even try to explain which annoyed my husband so we just left and went elsewhere. It was not busy so that was not the reason. Usually good experiences with Chili’s, even this one, so this was very unexpected. Doubt we return to this location any time soon as there are two others reasonably close to home.

Typical chili’s. Great food for good prices. Service was good, usually is. They’ve always fine a great job with drinks and accommodating special orders. Lots of tvs to watch the games. And if it’s crowded, I’ve always found space at the bar.

Just got an overall«eh» feel from the place. Walked in and waited 10 mins before someone acknowledged us, always a bad start. We had a 2 yr old with us and were seated in the bar next to another couple with a small child. I don’t particularly like that they choose the bar as a spot to seat children… especially when the bartender is swearing a bunch and where the service is the slowest. We ordered drinks and were asked if we wanted to order chips and salsa, we say that sounds good. 15 mins go by… still no drinks, our server aka the bartender was busy filling beers. We finally get our drinks and start to order and are asked if we’d like an appetizer… um, yeah we ordered one 20 mins ago. Food was just as slow to come out. We rarely saw our«server» so luckily we didn’t need much. That being said, the food was just okay, not horrible, but not worth going back at all. Chicken«crispers» were not crispy at all, more of a hush puppy breading and pretty soggy and fries were overcooked and too salty.

Oh Chilis, how you don’t disappoint for bad service! When the manager and his staff hangout and talk while we sit at the bar waiting for service, drinks, and our check. Clearly why it’s empty in here. Giving up on chilis all together.

Everything is bad here. The food is not up to quality with other Chili’s. The service was poor, not very attentive, and overall atmosphere was pretty lame

Our waiter was fantastic. He connected with us well and was quite friendly. Food was good. I think I had my tastiest steak ever here. We did experience issues paying with the table device but we’ll be back.

Without going into details as i would be preaching to the choir, I agree with all the negative comments about the insanely slow service and the fact that the staff don’t really care. The take away service is not as bad because you don’t have to wait for them as long. I just keep ringing the bell every few minutes until someone comes. Maybe they should have bells at each table, although it probably won’t help the slow service.

Got off work and I was very hungry and had a hankering for a nice burger so I order online to go while I was driving home from Chicago, order a classic bacon burger, placed the order at 4:08pm, and the pic up time was 4:40pm, arrived at the restaurant at 4:35pm and went inside and pay, guy told me that it was not ready so I waited but then kept waiting and at around 4:55pm, I started ringing the bell to get some kind of answer, but no one came over till 5:05pm a lady carrying my order came over, asked if I had paid and she handed me the bag, so I drove home hungry as I never been, and to my surprise when I got home I open the box and there was maybe 10 fries, then unwrapped the burger and it was just a piece of overcooked meat, 3 pieces of bacon, no cheese and no mayonnaise or any kind of sauce, completely dry bread, no lettuce no tomatoes, no onions no dill pickles, I was so angry(and hungry) and I had showered already and with the cold outside I decided to not drive back and return this garbage, so to my dismay I ate it after adding my own condiments and lettuce and tomatoes, As I write this review is the day after and I am still pissed off, I always order from this location and there is always something not right but this time was the worst, I could have gotten a better burger at McDonald’s

Stopped in late on a Saturday night(9pm –ish?). Staff was friendly. We were seated right away. Our server was friendly, and fairly attentive enough. She was sweet in making me a specialized order, and i appreciated her willingness to help me. Typical Chili’s, with typical menu. Restaurant seemed clean enough. I don’t live in the area, but i wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Had a Gift card for Chili’s. We stopped in after a movie so the place was almost empty. It was an odd time of day about 2:30pm on a Sunday(before the start of Football). The place was not all that clean. There was food on the floor and I used the restroom which was in need of a good cleaning. They sat us at a small two person booth. I would have understood if the place was busy. We ordered burgers. They were good, the fries were overdone. They have a new gimmick, they have a touch screen device on the table to play games etc… They encourage you to use it to pay your bill. I think not. We had a coupon, plus a gift card that the system would not process. We were over billed, and it took the server 3 times to get the charges right. It was about two years since we were at Chili’s and I think it will be at lea ts another two years(if ever) before we go back.

When I go out for a fast casual meal at a chain restaurant, I prefer Chili’s. It’s typically very good. This Chili’s is not. I’ve been a few times now and each experience is worse than the last. After 9pm, you can expect the restaurant to be both empty and visibly filthy as the servers have mailed it in by that. You can also expect little to no service whatsoever. You’re invisible to them at worst, and at best you’re a nuisance standing in the way of them going home. I complained to corporate a few months back and as a result, their GM was on the horn to my girlfriend in no time. She was very apologetic and that she needed to do some retraining. She also said she would send a $ 20 voucher to the house, which was very nice. However, that $ 20 ended up being $ 15. Again, that’s fine. We’ve put off using it for a few months and even thought about using it at a different location. But today I wanted a quick lunch, so we decided to give them another shot. The servers have the art of trying to upsell down pat, but that’s where it ends. I ordered an iced tea. When I ordered a refill for that iced tea, she brought a cup of tea and a cup of ice. I kid you not. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. But I let it go and figured out a way to merry the 3 cups in front of me. The food took a really long time and I quickly realized it wasn’t the kitchen’s fault when the chicken tacos in front of me were clearly sitting under a heat lamp for probably 20min as the chicken was so dry it was inedible. The server returned them to the kitchen and I was greeted by a floor manager(who was very friendly, helpful and apologetic). The new tacos came out resembling nothing of what was initially brought to me. They were beautiful. Which made me suspect that the server scraped off the wilted heat lamp lettuce and tomato before bringing my first order to me. I also noticed other orders at tables around me being sent back. The floor manager comped my tacos which was nice, but the staff is a trainwreck that only seems to be getting worse with time. I will not return. I can spend the same money at many other places(including other Chili’s) and have a far better experience

Decided on Chilli’s tonight. Don’t eat here that often at all. I don’t really have high expectations but my Hamburger n fries hit the spot. Neither my wife nor the couple we went with had any complaints. Our waitress was maybe a little too much but would rather that then be ignored. I personally like the tablets on the table. It would be nice to order from it but I still like keeping humans in the mix to serve. We really liked the fact that you could pay your bill on it and split it up however you choose. Good dinner with good friends.

Okay… So I look over at my wife and say«Why don’t we go to Chili’s?» which gets me a real confused look in return. She said okay anyway and we were on our way. When we sit down the first thing I notice is the addition of touch screen tablets at every table so the guests can just pay whenever their ready. Thought that was a neat idea, but they were kind of large and cumbersome for the little table we were sitting at. A shame you cant use them to order and cut out the servers all together. Might have been a better dinner. We order our margaritas and decide upon getting the 2 for $ 20.00 special they were running. They also were doing a fundraiser for St. Jude’s Hospital. Color the pepper and make a donation. We figured what the heck and each donated $ 5.00. We got our peppers colored before the server returned to take our order. Two burgers and a bowl of chips and guacamole is what we ordered. Everything was very spicy so we asked for a couple glasses of water. The water took 10 minutes. Besides dropping off the water our server never came back to check on us. The place wasn’t busy at all as we got there before a typical dinner time. When we were finished eating I decided we would pay up and get out. I pull up our bill on the tablet and notice two things right off. First, we were charged full menu price for our food, not the 20.00 special they were running. Also the computer was figuring our gratuity on the entire bill, including our $ 10.00 donation. The difference between the special price and the full menu price was just over 2.00 so I really shouldn’t have bothered, but I hit the«Call server» button on the pad and the red light on the top started to blink. And then we waited… Our empty plates all stacked up in front of us… we waited. The manager walked by, looked at me and smiled, kept on walking and their was no sign of our server. After five more minute we gave up, adjusted the gratuity down to 10%, answered some survey questions while we waited for our card to process and left. I told my wife if I ever suggested Chili’s again she was to kick me solidly in the behind.

Chili’s = good. This Location = not great Everyone gets a bad server here and there. Our server was just an idiot. She had no system for how to greet customers and take orders. I hope other people get better service. If not, this place is doomed. Interior design was good. Place seemed a little cramped. The bus boy(or whoever) did a crappy job of cleaning off the table. I had to wash my hands three times while I was there just cause they kept getting sticky from touching the table. Which gave me time to check out the bathrooms. Very clean. Cleaner than our table. Guys room had an automatic paper towel thingy that pretty much didn’t work. I HATE, let me repeat, HATE automatic bathroom crap. They should make them intuitive and not defensive. Food was okay. Don’t get the«queso dip» off the appetizer menu. It’s like pumpkin colored cheese dip with no flavor. My burger was cooked perfect and tasted great. Fries were bland but my fiancé seemed to like them. Server was only concerned with liquor sales which sucks for her cause I don’t drink that much. Just keep my drink re-filled and your tip will be large. Which she did(the only good thing about the experience). Management needs to do a better job of training their servers to work more than one table at once. One more thing. To all you ignorant people who think you’re important. TAKEOUTYOUR god-damn Blue tooth when you’re out for dinner. YOU are not that important. Also. Ramone B. Why such a low star rating when all you have is nice things to say about the place? I’m confused. And Mark C. Elaborate. One star. Tell it how it really is.. .That crap happens everywhere, tell us why it was so awful that you had to take four stars away.

I have not been to a Chili’s since like the 90’s for food. i was not impressed with what I had back in the day. Anywho I did change my opinion tonight. I went from that sucks to I might have this again sometime. It wasn’t like fine dining or anything, but it was okay. The ribs I thought were too small, And I felt so bad that my boyfriend got them. I loved the $ 2.99 magarita’s! I had a shrimp alfredo, and it was okay. The desert was really good though– White Chocolate Molten Lava cake! That was sooooo good! I think that Chili’s is way too overpriced. The bill was like $ 70 Bucks, and I have eaten better @ other places for that price.

I had hoped, after an awful dining experience at the Bolingbrook Chili’s, that this new location would be better. I was wrong. The server took forever to take our order and the food took too long(considering it was just burgers and fries). The salsa was just canned tomatoes with no seasoning. The burger was completely flavorless. I think $ 48 for two burgers and two beers is WAY too much for food of this poor caliber and I will not step foot in a Chili’s again.
