I am beyond furious with chase bank as a whole not necessarily this branch but I can’t seem to find somewhere to review the company it’s self. First when I contacted customer service about an issue with my account the service rep was very rude and her response was«well we texted you about it» when I told her I revived no alert and asked what number they texted I was horrified to hear it was a number I don’t own and never have! Fast forward now 2 days to receive an email that I have been«enrolled in Paperless Statements and Notices. Another person named on this account requested the change.» There is no one else on my account but me and there never has been so I’d LOVE to know who they let do this?! I will be closing every account I have with chase ASAP!

This chase branch is always quick and friendly. I have had a few times where the atms were not fully functional which is why they lost a star.
