Cochran Design Collaborative specializes in historic preservation and more specifically historic preservation investigation. This involves researching and studying an existing structure to see how it has evolved over time, and what steps and processes were used to render the structure in its current condition.

History

Established in 2010.

Cochran Design Collaborative was started with three main goals in mind:

First is unparalleled customer satisfaction. I promise to provide the customer with on time, budget conscience design every time.

Second is timeless aesthetics. So many designs today lack thought and imagination, but here you will find thoughtful, innovative purpose behind every detail and drawing.

Finally, in an industry as fractured as the world of construction, I want to provide a framework for collaboration between Architects, Contractors, Engineers, Owners, Subcontractors, Interior Designers and the Environment. This is done by involving everyone who is an interested party before the first drawing is made, or the first bit of earth is turned over. This provides a better built environment with longer life cycles for the building, which in turn makes the structure itself more sustainable.
