I love to bake! I bake when I am stressed and there are times the house looks like I have robbed a bakery! Unfortunately, I am married to a man without a sweet tooth in his body and I needed to find another way to still bake but not have to throw out so much. My baking went to the dogs! literally! Naturally, I didn’t want to feed them all that sugar so I started making my own recipes and the rest as they say… is history :)

I grew up in a house that always smelled sweet! You could come to my house any time of the day or night and there was always something going in, coming out or still in the oven! My mother loved to bake and she passed that down to me.
