History

Established in 2010.

Jameika Williams Mangum has proven herself as an emerging new legal force to be reckoned with. With an impressive list of credentials, and the recent opening of her new firm, The Mangum Law Firm LLC, Mangum’s recent court win is an eyebrow raising victory. The Los Angeles native, now practicing law in the Chicago area, recently succeeded in securing a ‘not guilty’ verdict for a man accused of attempting to board an aircraft with a loaded weapon.

In the past, Mangum appeared on CNN, The Early Show (CBS), Dateline (NBC), and more. Ms. Mangum is a former Assistant State’s Attorney for McHenry County. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, Ms. Mangum handled traffic matters including but not limited to Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI) cases, and Statutory Summary Suspension (SSS) Hearings. Additionally, Ms. Mangum handled all misdemeanors, and all Domestic Violence cases including Orders of Protection.
