Description

Specialties

When you hire a Spyglass Home Inspector, you’re hiring a true professional who has extensive training and experience. It is our job to not only evaluate the condition of your home’s major systems and structural integrity, but also to evaluate how the systems are working together and to identify areas that need to be monitored, repaired or replaced. We’ll also point out the features that are working well and can increase the home’s resale value.

Our team holds Property Inspector licenses in the state of Illinois, in addition to General Contractor licenses. They are AHIT-trained (American Home Inspector Training Institute) and members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors).

We have licensed radon measurement technicians, who will come to your home with industry-approved radon measurement devices, and our certified mold technicians can also come to your home to inspect and test for mold, spores, and toxins.

History

Established in 2007.

We have been inspecting properties throughout Chicagoland since 2007, performing over 2,500 inspections to date. Our trained and licensed professionals take great pride in their work, and can provide you with a comprehensive report the same day as your inspection. Two important extensions of our home inspection business are Radon Testing and Mold Testing to help keep you and your family healthy and safe.
