They do a good job. Haven’t had any issues with them, except for the prices. Their prices are above average. So I only take expensive garments there, that I cannot risk getting ruined.

If I could give this dry cleaner negative stars, I would do it in a heartbeat! I took my husbands shirts to get dry cleaned and his shirts came back with a HUGE scorch mark at the bottom of the shirt. This was a very expensive shirt! They didn’t even bother to tell me that they had burnt it. I discoverd it when I got home and my husband was about to put the shirt on. That was a very dishonest thing to do. Needless to say I have not used this dry cleaner ever again and I would tell anyone who asked me about McKleen to STAY AWAY and avoid it like the plague!!!

Very, Very bad experience with this place. After 10 years being loyal customer, they damaged pants from my suit while ironing. Came back to them to let them know, they were very rude and didn’t want to even listen what I tried to say, telling me «we just did ironing». I was expecting apology and offer to repair damage, nothing than rudness, careless, and ignorance. I will stay away from that place for ever.
