As a cleaning company we provide residential home cleanings, construction cleanings, small offices and HOA cleanings for residential and commercial customers. We were the first company in the nation to be Certified Green Clean and we are always looking for ways to make the cleaning experience a healthier and happier experience for all our customers and employees.

Most of our cleaning professionals speak English and we use a quality control system to make sure you receive the cleaning from Maid Brigade that you would expect. from an award winning franchise. Each first time cleaning is inspected by our quality supervisor.

We are available Monday through Saturday for one time cleanings and regular cleanings. You may also purchase gift certificates from the office. We offer senior discounts if the cleanings are performed on Monday — Wednesdays.

History

Established in 2001.

Maid Brigade Northwest Suburbs is an award winning franchise located in Rolling Meadows with offices in Mundelein and the Oak Brook area. We service areas of the North and Northwest Suburbs of Cook County, Lake County and central and eastern DuPage County. Since 2007, when our current owner acquired the business, we have grown significantly by providing quality cleanings and exceptional customer service.

Each year, we clean more than 10,000 homes with a 98% satisfaction rating. We have won the Angie’s List Super Service Award each year since 2010. We are rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau. Our cleaning professionals average more than 6 years with us and we are happy to provide them and their families with a family friendly stable work environment.

Chuck purchased the Arlington Heights franchise in September 2007 and since acquiring the business, the franchise has grown 8 fold even in a time of rough economic conditions.

We have done this by catering to the needs of our customers and by being reachable at our offices at all hours listed above. We believe that the customer experience is only as good as the service you receive at your home and from our office.

Chuck also believes in giving back to the community and Maid Brigade has donated both cleaning services to charitable and civic organizations in our service area. Since 2007, we have expanded the coverage area of the original franchise to include Lake County, northern and western Cook County, eastern and central DuPage County and southeastern McHenry County.
