Established in 2006.

Attorney Martin A. Delaney III has practiced family law since 1979 when he opened his first law firm in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Later he practiced for nearly ten years in New York, until he relocated to the greater Chicago area. After leaving a large Schaumburg law firm in 2006 he opened a law firm focusing on the exclusive practice of family law. Currently the firm consists of four people devoted to providing the best possible service to our clients.

A graduate of the University of Rochester, cum laude, and a law graduate of the historic Washington & Lee University School of Law, Marin A. Delaney III has now practice family law for over 35 years. After fourteen years practicing law in Virginia and New York, Mr. Delaney moved to Illinois in 1993 to accept a position with a prominent Chicago law firm. Now he manages his own firm devoted to the practice of Family Law. Located immediately north of Woodfield Mall, Schaumburg, his office is easily accessible.
