If you’re interested in buying a beautiful «Exotic» lemon, this is the place to go. Bought an Audi S5 about a year ago and it has been nothing but one expense after another. STAY AWAY from this place. They will rip you off.

This people dont care what they sell you as long as they get their money. I bought a cadillac escalade from them and 3 days later check engine light came on good thing i bought the extend warranty but even with that i had a hard time due to dealer not paying the warranty people their money. My truck sat a week at the dealer i had to get a rental for those days. I called the dealer every day and they kept putting me on hold since they knew my number and if they picked up they said the finance guy wasnt available that day, every day different story. I definitely dont recommend that dealership even if they got a car you really like or need. STAY AWAY FROM EXOTIC MOTORS 100%.

Very unprofessional!
They had a car I wanted to look at this morning, told them I was traveling from far to look at it.
Cedric said they still had it there and would be available if I wanted to come look at it.
I Traveled 40 minutes to look at it not even two hours after talking with him.
When I arrived he told me the porters took it to deliver something and would be back in 20 minutes. I patiently waited 30 minutes and still no car?
I was starting to get agitated.
Asked Cedric where are the Porters?
He said he wasn’t sure when the would be back.
WTF?
My thoughts are the car was already sold and he just wanted me to come in to see their other inventory.
This was a colossal waste of my time and I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Horrible. Do not buy or consider buying. Negotiates in bad faith, makes EVERYONE wait (some odd tactic) — suspicious inventory for sale. Heed all of these reviews!

bad bad bad ! Don’t BUY the car from them. My English is not so good. Ok. Here is my story. I bought a 2010 550i gt and warranty from themThey ship the car to me about one month. This is not a big deal. After we receive our car, we found out oil leaking. I only drive like ten minutes, the Idrive show that temperature high. After that we bring to bmw, they fix the problem and the warranty cover all the repair. After that we drive like one day, we can’t pass the smoke check. We cost $ 8000 to fix this problem. The warranty company said that problem happen before we buy the warranty so they will not fixed it. I called exotic motors, they said that they will get back to me soon. After one month still waiting their call! Ok !! I fixed it with my own money. $ 8000. Ok! Yesterday my car check engine light was on and they quote me $ 1800 for the engine. They said that is a big problem. I was trying to called the warranty and exotic motors. Still nobody help us. Being a international student, I think that they just don’t care and we don’t know how to do. They are selling the good looking cars but not good condition car. Don’t buy form them !! Now I cost almost $ 10 000 to fix this car. Oh ~ I change four new tires about $ 2000 too. All the tires are bad. Just don’t buy the car from them. Trust me.

My husband and I just bought an evo x from them. Here’s our story: we drove 2 hrs for our appointment and they did not open yet so we were late to the mechanic shop to get it checked out. But our sales guy was nice and cooperative throughout the experience. Never complained, was rude or anything bad. We took the car to get it checked by a mechanic before buying and turned out had $ 2000 worth of stuff that eventually needed to be fixed. There was a check! Light that kept coming up and the manager (I’m guessing) was super rude and said he had never seen that light before and basically said how could we have the nerve to get it checked out and ask for a lower price due to the problems when he even agreed it was a smart move. He even yelled at our sales guy in front of us as if it was his fault that we were smart enough to do so.
They sent us to another guy who was a little nicer but was super vigilant on negotiating a price and adding warranties so we’d buy the car when we actually wanted to stop and leave at a point. He even had the nerve to purposely interrupt me 3x in a row when I was trying to talk to my husband on whether to get the car or not because he was nervous that we wouldn’t. He finally left us in his office saying he was getting something and never came back.
Eventually we got the price we wanted and the finance guy was super nice and answered all our questions and concerns for us. Thank god he was the last guy we saw because this place is full of rude, unprofessional people.
Word of advice for them: if you want people to come back or have a good experience, try talking nice to them, listening to their concerns and don’t yell at your workers in front of customers.

I’m very disappointed! The customer service is very bad and not helpful at all.

I attempting to trade a vehicle in with them and the salesmen wouldnt even give mw a price they would give me for it. Told me my vehicle wasnt worth near what i was asking and I emailed back and said okay well what will you offer me. Never got a response back. If you do go here do not deal with cedric.

All I can say is the place is horrible I recently bought a truck from them a Jeep Grand Cherokee srt8. And by recently I mean less than a month I haven’t even paid my first car note and the truck already has problems the transmission gives harsh shifts so harsh it feels like you’ve just been rear ended. The rear was making a horrible noise the truck was over heating and when I went in there to talk to my salesman Fred. He said we will fix it. They checked it fixed the overheating problem but Fred came back and said the rear noise was the rear control arms that he was going to tell his manager now mind you I went back two days after I bought the vehicle I had to get it towed paid $ 400 in a flat bed tow and all he could say ignoring the transmission and suspension problems was my manager said and I quote «we don’t have time and we won’t fix it, best we can do is give you a $ 500 check so YOU CAN FIX IT» I took the check pissed off they didn’t care but the manager not the salesman whom I just made his pay check I payed $ 37 000 for this truck and I was pissed off to say the least, the transmission problem got worse to the point were its horrible to drive I just bought the truck 09−13−15 HAVENT EVEN GIVEN MY FIRST PAYMENT !!! And I called to speak to the manager because I don’t want this junk
I told him the problem and he said and j quote «it’s not my problem what do you want me to do «I now have a lawyer and looking into legal solution in final JUST DONT BUY FROM THERE YOULL REGRET IT LIKE I DO

Before buying a Mercedes AMG from here I got the car inspected by a local Mercedes dealership. The Mercedes dealership called me and said the tires were dry rotted, the car had been in a collision in the front and back, the back bumper was full of mold and the wiring looked like it was rotting along with many routine maintenance issues. Wow. None of that was mentioned in the ad and they were asking full market value for the vehicle. Very scary, I would have had to spend thousands immediately to fix the car if I had bought it. Inspection cost $ 350 so I lost $ 350 to these scammers. Before buying ANY car from them you better get it inspected by someone you trust.

I wish I had review dealership here before buying the car. I had purchased lexus is 250 from this dealership. They sold me car that had bad tire, no floor mats, only one key. I dont buy car from bad dealership so was not familiar with thier tactics of selling car. Basically they use stalling tactics so the customer get tired of dealing with sales person and buy the car.
Lesson learn: better to buy cars from actual dealership because these people in my opinion are thieves.

Embarrassingly bad customer service. Terrible. I went in last night with my wife to have a look at some cars. Waited 10 minutes for a sales associate to come out. When he finally did I told him what type of car I was looking for. He told me to go on a damn iPad to browse the cars. Not helpful at all. Didn’t care at all to help. Very very rude people here and brushed us off. Went Patrick BMW and bought a 750i. Their loss.

After nearly 5 years, they contact me to remove the review. Seems my estimation of this business was correct then and hasn’t changed since. 3 purchases later, I still would never even darken their doorstep. Sorry Exotic motors, you’re not getting my nod.

I came in for a 2003 BMW x5 and I was helped by Bensen. He was very kind and helpful and talked to me like a normal human being. He made the experience worth the wait and was quick to show me the car I wanted and accurate in describing its condition. We reached a deal quickly and I was off with the car. Thanks for your help Bensen, you made this one of my best car purchasing experiences.

Boy am I glad I hadn’t read the previous reviews before I decided to check out the cars here. I’ve been looking around for a few weeks now and heard about Exotic Motors through a co worker. Great experience the entire time I was there. Everyone there was so friendly. And unlike other dealerships I’ve been to, not pushy at all to sell me just anything. I absolutely loved my sales guy. If and when you decide to check out their cars, make sure you talk to Bensen. It’s obvious he knows what he’s talking about. His personality, patience, and drive to get me what would truly fit my needs and wants is why i’ll definitely be going back after a few days of processing everything.

I just saved myself buying a car from here. The price was very attractive and Adam. the guy who I was talking to. is a BS. I was told the car is great and with no problems at all.
And then I checked carfax. The car has an accident!.. WOW. I am not sure when was this guy planning to tell me about this. Moreover they purchased it from an auction in Florida!.. WTF! PLEASE DON“T BUY FROM HERE.

I think there needs to be an option for half a star. I do not even know where to begin other than I experienced what everyone else who has left a review also experienced.
Salesman: His name was Sal and I should had known it was going to be mad from the get go. Waited for no reason. I know that waiting is a sales tactic but seriously, I called ahead of time and still have to wait? This guy straight up lied to me about the condition of the car. I asked very specific questions and he addressed them as the car was perfectly fine. New tires so I asked if they also had put on new brakes. He said yes. I asked if any damage done to frame. He said no. Took the car (Mercedes SLK280) to be inspected at a Mercedes dealership and they told me that the car was not safe enough to put my family in it. The brakes needed replaced and there was frame damage. Further, they said there were nuts and bolts missing under the car. Told me that the car was not even worth buying as a restoration project. WOW! When I asked Sal about this he said he told me that the car was in a wreck. I said true but he lied about the condition of the car. I would never had asked the car to be inspected had I known the true condition of the car. Wasted my time and everyone else’s time as well.
Car: Really? Carfax said two accidents. When I asked how serious Sal said air bag had been deployed but nothing replaced nor damaged. Mercedes tech said there had been frame damage. Forget about what appeared to be three different shades of black on the car (Front fender, car, back fender). Even the trunk when opened had damage.
Exotic Motors: You should be ashamed of yourselves. Selling a used car is one thing. Selling a car and intentionally lying to someone about the condition of the car that is unsafe is another. I expect a salesperson to maybe fudge the truth but to intentionally mislead, flat out lie, and then to have the audacity to act like they told did nothing wrong is appalling.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt because everyone I think deserves it. Please take my word and do not waste your time nor your money.

I am kicking myself for not checking here before I bought a car from them. My salesman, James, told me he was a former BMW repair tech. I was interested in a Mercedes and BMW. He talked me into the BMW, because of the low mileage. I bought the car and was told the few things that needed to be fixed would be taken care of.
I live over an hour away. First trip to have repairs taken care of, repairs were not taken care of. Second trip, repairs are not taken care of and I am told I need to wait for my warranty to kick in.
My third trip was to my local BMW dealer, in Indiana. I am being told I have over $ 2,400 in repairs that will not be covered thru my warranty. I am so mad… Repairs are actually $ 8000!!! Anyone know a good mechanic?

Horrific experience. Made an appointment to test drive a Mercedes S600. Arrived, but car not there. Salesman asked if we’d wait. We waited 15 minutes, then I asked where the car was. We were told they brought the wrong car and could we wait a little longer. I said no. We left. I thought about test driving the S600 on the way to test drive another car at another dealer, so I called and said get the car there and I’ll stop by on my way home to test drive it.
The salesperson said he had to go with us. Weird, but ok. We test drove 4 other cars, and no other place required a salesperson to go with us. I figured out later why he had to go with us.
The car was a piece of SH! T. Glue from resetting the steering wheel air bag was all over the controls. Car hadn’t been washed or vacuumed. Seat adjustments didn’t function. Car push button start didn’t work either. The best: I put the car in drive and it doesn’t move. I gave it some gas, and the car still didn’t move. I ask what’s wrong, and the salesman told me all S600’s function this way.
The S600 is a V12 TWIN TURBO sports car. It does 0 – 60 in under 5 seconds. Trust me, not all S600’s function like their model.
Needless to say this place is a nightmare. Buyer beware, you’ve been warned by everyone who goes to this place.
