Divine Design & Marketing

For ppl that know me, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. I look at the overall big picture when reviewing businesses. I am honest but look at the positive. Look at my reviews. All positive. I really want to say something positive about Divine Design, but I can’t and I’m not going to lie to all my fellow home boys and girls. I would be doing a disservice. So here is the ugly truth. Devine Design is very unprofessional. I was working with one of the managers (who shall remain nameless as she is supposedly no longer with the company) on a ribbon order. These ribbons were to be used for bridal shower favors. All I wanted was a couple handful of ribbons printed. And I would supply the ribbon (not an arduous task). And I gave plenty of notice (a month). I didn’t hear from my contact for about a week or so after I responded to some questions she had. I was getting nervous. I decided to follow up. This needed to get done. This was crunch time. Here I come to find out she is no longer with the company. Devine Design ‘s excuse is that there has been turn over. Not to mention I find out less than two weeks before the shower. Luckily, I can use enough of my own creative skills to get the job done. But seriously, if you had pending orders, wouldn’t you contact all of the customers. Oh and by the way wishing me the best will not make me feel any better.
