Maryann has been grooming our dogs for a year or so. Wonderful — the dogs are much more relaxed when they can see the house (my dogs are very anxious when going in the car) so this is a much better option for them!

Great service to my home. My Rex looks amazing and I didn’t even have to leave the house .

I have used 4 Paws Mobile Groomer several times for my large and very difficult dogs. Mary Ann is very patient and genuinely cares about the dog’s comfort. For my largest and oldest dog, Mary Ann now comes into my home to cut his nails and that of his 2 sisters. I don’t know what I would do without Mary Ann coming to my home, since even with medication I can’t get Zeke out of the security of his home and yard. My dogs are actually happy to see Mary Ann come in the door to see them. I don’t know what I would do without her.

I was driving one day & saw the 4 Paws van & thought the idea was brilliant because both of my dogs HATE the groomers. I especially hate the fact that they stay in cages for hours on end. I love my dogs so bringing them to the groomer is always hard because they cry & make me feel horrible! So I thought I’d google 4 Paws to see what it was all about. I ended up calling to set an appointment for my miniature poodle. She came a little but late but since she’s mobile I wasn’t upset at all because I imagine that it’s difficult to drive from home to home. After booking her twice I think I have a pretty good idea of how her business is.
I’m going to start with the positives of this business which is the woman who owns this is very, very friendly. Also, the fact that she can just come to your home & groom your dog in your driveway is also extremely appealing. Might I add that she is only $ 5-​$ 10 more than my usual groomer which I thought was amazing based on the fact that she actually comes to your home & does the grooming right there. I also appreciate the fact that you can see everything happening to your pet.
Now for the negatives. I’m not familiar with how you become licensed to become a dog groomer but I’m pretty confident she is less than qualified. My poodles fur was extremely uneven and his nails were jagged and painful. I had to walk him immediately in an effort to file them down. She blamed me for the reason my dog came out looking like sh*t (to be quite honest) saying that I need to get him groomed more frequently. My dogs are groomed frequently & even if they weren’t it’s your job as a dog groomer to make them look their best. I didn’t even bother having my other dog get groomed because I knew it would be a waste of money. For someone reason I was motivated to have her groom my dogs a few months later & it was actually worse than the first time. What was even more horrible is you could literally hear my dog Unilocaling & screaming while I was in my home & he was in the driveway.
I would recommend this service to absolutely nobody unless you just want a basic wash. I’m giving two stars because she is a pretty sweet woman, but I’d never let her touch my dogs again.
