Even though they close at 7pm, I arrived after that and they hooked me up with a hair cut.

Last Sunday, I decided last minute to get my bangs cut. I called at 11am and was able to schedule an appointment for 12pm that same day. I got there and noticed there were only two hair stylists there at the time. They seemed pretty busy. I checked in and only had to wait about ten minutes. Apparently the two other hair stylists that were supposed to be in were late. The two ladies that were there handled the craziness pretty well. I’m not sure what the name of the lady was that cut my bangs (she told me she used to be the manager) but she did a great job and look forward to getting more done there. Thank you!

Walked in, was treated poorly by the front clerk after standing for 10 minutes waiting for someone. Was told of a one hour wait with no one else in the salon, so I just left.

Went in for hair color correction and Angie did a fabulous job. I love the end result of my hair which was a disaster before done by some stupid lady at a salon. Gave me suggestions on how to maintain the color and have healthy hair. would recommend going here for coloring in a decent price.

I don’t have unreasonable expectations for a hair salon, but I do expect that they can handle a simple blow dry.
This particular Supercuts? Cannot handle a simple blow dry. It literally took an entire hour and when I left my hair looked as though I dried it, which is not a compliment since I am incapable of dealing with my hair.
I won’t be back.

Checked in online to avoid the wait, but the person who walked in before me got to go first without an online check in. Maybe be check in service is just a marketing gimmick. The stylist was friendly and did a good job. She was super efficient and the place was clean

Minus one star for the online computer system. It seems to have snags in it. I feel bad for the employees who almost always seem to be having issues with it. Additionally, I wish I could sign up for appointments before the store opens (i.e. before 9 am). Not a huge fan of the computer system they have here.
Clean store, nice employees, nice haircut (~$ 20 for a men’s haircut, no wash/​shampoo). This has become my go-​to store for a haircut thanks to Terry.

I was wayyy overdue for a haircut and didn’t want to pay a grip for just a trim, so I decided to check out SuperCuts when I came back to visit my parents in PV.
I used to go to Fantastic Sams to cheap out on my haircut, but the last cut I got was so bad that I didn’t want to go back there again. I didn’t know that SuperCuts was also nearby, so I was elated to find this shop in town.
When I told my parents I was going, my father produced a Back-​to-​School mailer for $ 3 off a haircut, woo-​hoo! Even better. :)
So I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and found 3 or 4 hairdressers just sitting around chatting, so I guess business was a bit slow at that time. Felicia was the one assigned to cut my hair, and I must say that she provided great service.
First off, I asked if I needed a shampoo, because I had just washed my hair that morning. As she ran her fingers through my hair, she said that I had a lot of product buildup (probably from all the hairspray getting my hair done over the weekend for my friend’s wedding), and she washed it with clarifying shampoo.
My hair is really thin and sparse, and Felicia recommended taking biotin supplements or using Nioxin to help it. And to get it trimmed every 6 – 8 weeks. I liked how she was really nice and helpful without being pushy.
Felicia completely understood what I wanted when I told her I wanted some side-​swept bangs, face-​framing layers, and to keep the length as much as possible. I hate it when people cut off too much or too little when all I want is to trim off the split ends and to keep the length.
My hair was shaped like a U in the back, which made it into a thin tail because my hair is so sparse. Felicia recommended evening it out to a blunt cut to make it look fuller in the back, but she did say that it would remove a little bit more length to do so. She also gave me the option to have stand-​alone bangs, or bangs that blended into the rest of my hair. I opted for the latter.
Felicia’s technique appeared very textbook, as she sectioned my hair carefully and took down each piece at a time to cut. Was it the best haircut I’d ever gotten? No. Was it the worst? No. But was it a good, solid haircut at a fabulous price? Yes.
My hair is slightly wavy, so the ends looked a bit uneven after it dried. But at least it does look fuller now, and the skinny tail is gone.
For under $ 20, this was an awesome deal for a haircut in a pleasant environment.
