Progressive Martial Arts Academy is dedicated to teaching self defense to men, women and children of all ages the necessary skills and mindset in order to effectively defend themselves in modern day scenarios. Our curriculum takes many of the best components from a variety of styles, such as: kick-boxing, karate and jiu-jitsu. We are located in Rolling Hills Estate close to both Rancho Palos Verdes and Palos Verdes Estates.
