Amie Shepard specializes in the marketing and sale of homes throughout Southern California. With offices in Redondo Beach & Palos Verdes, her focus is on the communities of the South Bay.

Amie has participated in over 65 transactions, totaling roughly $ 200 million in real estate sales. As part of the Coastal Luxury Living team, Amie has been able to assist buyers and sellers in reaching their real estate goals all over Southern California.

Amie believes in giving back to the community. She volunteers with local service chapters to raise money and awareness for underprivileged children and seniors. She is honored to contribute 10% of her profits to a charity of her clients’ choosing at the close of each escrow.

History

Established in 2009.

After developing her sales & negotiation skills in advertising at The Beach Reporter, Amie Shepard decided to utilize her talent to help people achieve their real estate goals. She studied real estate while living abroad in Mexico where she ran a sales desk at Daily News Los Cabos, earning her license in 2009.

Back at home in the States, Amie came to work for Coastal Luxury Living, led by Gerard Bisignano. As an experienced luxury agent & partner in the ownership of Vista Sotheby’s Intl. Realty, Gerard was able to mentor Amie. Together, Amie & Gerard have represented some of the most luxurious homes in our coastal region of Southern California.

Dedicated to the «white glove concierge» aspect of client service, Amie manages her real estate practice with the luxury consumer in mind. Her brokerage offers the highest quality real estate services in the area. Amie understands that a home, regardless of its price range, reflects the incalculable value of the life within.

Amie Shepard brings an extensive marketing & sales background to the Vista Sotheby’s Intl. Realty Team, pairing her knowledge of innovative marketing techniques with Sotheby’s unique global reach. She strives to unite her clients with their real estate goals-​from first time buyers to experienced investors. Additionally, she continues to be a resource to the Vista Sotheby’s team, offering training classes on marketing & advertising for realtors.

Amie & Gerard specialize in homes of epic architectural distinction. They have had the opportunity to work with both late masters of architecture such as Frank Gehry & Paul Williams and with more modern designers like Ray Kappe, Thom Mayne, Michael Rotondi, & Dean Nota.

Amie heads up the Coastal Luxury Leasing Division, which handles corporate &

residential leases, commercial & residential investment sales. Amie’s experience in small

business sales allows her to work fluidly with business clients who need a new space to own or rent.
