City Of Rolling Hills Estates

I can’t stand seeing a place on Unilocal that has zero reviews! Why do people create a place and post a pic but not review it??? If I create a Unilocal page, I also write a review, post a picture and write a tip. And for the record, I only write 5 star reviews so here it goes.
Rolling Hills Estates is one of the four cities that make up the the Palos Verdes Peninsula. The other 3 are Rolling Hills, Palos Verdes Estates, and Rancho Palos Verdes. Back in the day, when I first moved here, all 4 had the same zip code of 90 274. Then at some point, someone decided to give RPV their own zip code of 90 275, which lowered the property values! WTF??? Ok so I live in the RPV ghetto but who cares!
Honestly, Rolling Hills Estates should have its own zip code and be the ghetto of the peninsula because it is! They put a guy in jail for 6 months for building a fence! No joke but I was on LA’s KABC7 when it happened!
I was in the area when I saw every news station parked in front of a house. I moseyed on over and asked Carlos Granda, «what the f*** is going on?» He said «some guy is going to jail for 6 months for building a fence! How would you like to comment!?» I said «no thank you!» when all of a sudden the lights and camera were on me! Next thing I know, he’s telling me that I’ll be on the 5 o’clock news, which I was! That was so embarrassing because if I had known that I would be on LA’s ABC newscast, I would have dressed up lol.
In conclusion, I’m giving RHE 5 stars because even though you might go to jail for building a fence, it’s still a pretty nice place to live.
