I can’t fully express in words how grateful I am to have found Moorkamp dental. I was new to the area and needed a regular checkup, so I looked online for a dentist in the area. All the reviews about Dr. Moorkamp and his staff were so great, that I knew that was where I wanted to go.
My checkup was great. I walked away feeling good about the thorough exam that they do. A few months after that (just finished the process the other day), I decided to get some cosmetic work done on my front teeth for a crown and a veneer. It’s hard to find a dentist that you trust to do a good job for you and treat your smile as if it was their own. Dr. Moorkamp was EXTREMELY gentle and kind during the process. I’m afraid of needles, and he tried distracting me during the numbing process so I was laughing at him instead of shaking in fear. My teeth look phenomenal and I am so happy with them! Every one of his staff members that I have met have all been so kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I will only be living in this area for 6 more months or so, but I’m pretty sure I will drive the 4 hours to have my checkups every six months after I move. These people are that great! If it weren’t for me loving my job, I would give anything to work with these people everyday so I could see them more often than 6 months! seriously! :)

My 11 year-​old daughter was at camp near Rolla. She had an issue where her brackets from her braces popped off, and she needed to be seen since the metal was sticking in her cheek. I called an orthodontist in the area who refused to see anyone but his patients. I explained my situation to Dr. Moorkamp’s office, and they offered to see my daughter and help her. His office was extremely nice over the phone, and helped my daughter with her issue. She is now back at camp with a comfortable mouth thanks to him.

Bill Moorkamp is a great dentist. He is extremely gentle with children, does not rush them and obviously enjoys working with kids. His staff is very friendly, yet professional. There is always a smile on his face and he takes time to visit with each patient and listens to concerns. The office is clean and modern. The waiting time is minimal. Bill is active in the community and is dedicated in serving the Rolla area. A definite 5-​star establishment!
