We are a full service Studio, capable of offering a full range of classes teaching forms of expression to fitness; for students aged 2-​adult. With a wide and diverse array of instructors, our classes are only limited by the human imagination! We hope to make the arts accessible to the whole community, creating a supportive and fun environment in which to learn.

OUR VISION: andFLEW! was created to be a genuinely supportive, joyful and highly creative environment where students of all ages and backgrounds can experience dance, fitness and the arts as a positive force. It is our sincere hope to make dance and arts an accessible, affordable and integral part of our community, providing the opportunity for students to free themselves of inhibition and to fully experience themselves as powerful and creative individuals.

Meet the Business Owner

Gessel C.

Business Owner

Gessel has studied dance, yoga, and choreography at MSU, Kripalu Yoga Center, and with multiple international teachers nad mentors across hte ocuntry nd Hong Kong. These instructors included Dharma Mittra, John Friend, Desiree rhumbaugh, Ana Forrest, and more. She has danced with Inertia Dance Company (MO) and Oaklan Drive Dance Company (WA). She has choreographed concerts and mainstage musiclas both locally and regionally and had choreographic work performed in conert at Veloicty in Seattle, MSU, and for Gala Presentation at the American College Dance Festival.
