Every time I have been there I have felt that their customer service skill were awful, but I continued to come back bc they were a local business and I try to support. But after my last visit, I will not be returning.
First, I called before I came. I was told they were about to go to lunch and to come in an hour. One Hour later, I show up and they inform me that they had not gone to lunch and come back AGAIN, in another hour. I show back up in an hour and they brought my car in.
Next, I waited nearly another hour for what typically is a 20 minute job. While I was there, the employee (I believe his name was Ted or Teddy) spoke so harshly and so rudely to another female employee that I believe was his mother. It made me uncomfortable and should have been done in private IF it had to be done. And I know the woman was embarrassed and I was embarrassed for her.
Lastly, upon putting my wheels back on to my vehicle they broke two studs on my hub. I understand that happens but typically when you are removing the wheel. These were broken when they were putting the wheel back on. SO they broke them bc they were tightening the lug nuts to much. This was their fault. They offered to fix the problem and took my number to call me when the studs came in. Its been over a month and still no call.
