Finest customer support. They repaired my door mechanism within 30 minutes. They had the needed part in stock and I was told the manufacturer did not charge them for the component so they only charged me a minimum labor fee.

Dave was great. I went into his shop with my broken deadbolt lock. He could have just sold me a new one but, instead, we figured out how to make mine work with replacement parts. He even showed me how to adjust it when I get home. Thanks, Dave!

I needed a to have an extra key made for a used car that I bought that only came with one key. Not an easy fix. First place I went got a blank for me but didn’t have the program. Had to check with the boss. Went back the following week only to be told the program was too expensive and thanks for the call to inform me! Tried a few other places in Santa Rosa but they couldn’t do it either. Went to my locksmith in Petaluma, Armor Locksmith Services and they referred me to Redwood Lock & Key. They not only made my other key for me, but stayed after closing to get the job done. They put a lot of time and effort into the job and I can’t thank them enough! They are fast, friendly and a top notch service! They rate a 10!

I am very, very impressed. My slider door lock failed last night and I called today. I first called just checking prices. When I called back he was more than happy to accommodate me. I was happy to be scheduled for late this afternoon (I have plans, but Jason agreed to call me prior so I can make sure I am there when he arrived) Jason called and said he was in my area and would I like for him to come now. Now that is service! Jason is very professional and friendly, not to mention didn’t mind my 2 big dogs trying to help him. He was quick and thorough. I highly recommend Redwood Lock and Key! Great job!

These guys are the ultimate professionals. I had not thought much about locksmiths until I had a problem with my steering column on my Toyota. I thought I would have to do some very expensive repairs. I took the car in to Redwood and they diagnosed the issue, got me going again quickly, saved me a ton of money, and made me laugh to boot! I would give these guys 10 stars if it was an option. So nice in this day and age to encounter real masters of a craft. The best I have encountered in their field.

Jason is my Hero! I locked myself out of my keyed bedroom after hours, and Jason answerd the phone– much to my delight. He came right over and was very friendly and professional. He checked my driver’s license to make sure I live here, unlocked the door within 2 minutes, made me extra keyes, and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Jason!

They fit me in yesterday afternoon when I discovered my car lock had broken, so I didn’t have to leave it out and hope no one broke in to it. They were very nice people and the service was great.
I am just so thankful they managed to fit me in, because they were busy. And I also appreciated that they took the time to explain why my lock had broken– because my key was very worn down. That can save me from major repairs in the future.

I had such a great experience with redwood lock especially Kevin he was fast and efficient and on time. I have had car problems and needed my vehicle re keyed and computer reset when I called the dealership recommend by the mobile mechanic they wanted over 600.00 dollars and I would still have to have our lowered car towed and let tell you that was impossible! I was so happy that redwood lock came to my home and solved the problem… thank you Kevin!

Excellent customer Service/​Every time I need a key related solution I go here first. I needed a spare key made for a car I purchased and actually waited until Redwood Lock and Key was open, rather than go anywhere else.
The staff is friendly, knowledgable and makes great suggestions. They have saved me money time and again, and told me I can program the key myself rather than pay the dealership $ 100 plus to do it.
I got concerned when I could not find them… turns out they moved! New location is better, and I hope they are successful well into the future.
Never thought I’d rave about a locksmith.

I called the store soon after receiving my replacement car remote from amazon. I spoke with the Owner told him about how I needed it programmed and he assured me he could do it and let me know without asking it would be, $ 35.
When I got to the store, my 4 year old daughter and I were greeted by their sweet golden retriever. My daughter loved it! The owner remembered our phone call and assisted us within minutes. It took him maybe all of 5 minutes to program the remotes, the new and old one, made sure they worked and that was it! I paid and I went on with my life having saved over $ 130 by not going to a dealer!
They’re were honest, friendly and available! totally check hem out.
