Business Owner
Anne and Spence Hiatt are the owners of the company. They are active in the real estate community and work in the office daily. Anne was trained as a speech pathologist and taught in Sonoma County over 10 years prior to joining Spence in the real estate industry in 1997. Spence is the managing broker and brings over thirty years of real estate experience to the offices.
