Just got back from my oil change and this place was awesome. They gave me a fast quote online and let me know roughly how much time it would take for my oil change. They didn’t try to up-​sell me any other services. They did mention a oil filter upgrade, but in no way pushed it on me. I know that’s a big deal for a lot of people shopping around. I was in and out in just about 15 minutes with no hassle. So if you want a fast, friendly oil change without getting robbed, come here.

Absolutely awesome! Thank you to Brian and josh and anyone else with Mobil 1 that helped us out. We had a intake manifold that was completely destroyed on our mustang. To say that I was worried about it is an understatement, these guys helped calm me down and quickly informed me that this was a problem that they could fix. They had me in a day later and when I dropped her off I just knew my car was in good hands. They didn’t hit any hiccups and had me back on the road the following day. I’ve been on the road for almost two weeks and my car feels healthier then ever, no dummy lights, no strange noises and no overheating. these guys really treat you like a friend and they’re on point when it comes to automotive expertise, they are very honest and up front as well. I really have to say I don’t think I will be taking my mustang anywhere else. A big shout out again to everyone at mobil 1 thank you so much.

Replaced my clutch and did some other work at a very reasonable price. Got the whole job done within two days… Highly recommend them

This place is awesome! The people here went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic! I went in for a simple oil change with a few questions about the way my car was running. I suspected it to be a transmission problem and soon after Glenn, the owner, took it upon himself to lend me a car while he contacted his transmission guy. He got my car checked out and back to me with in the day, and also referred me to another mechanic soon after who could better suit my needs. He also replaced my brake lights on top of it all at no cost! Just shows how genuine and honest they are here! Mobil one is reliable place that won’t try and up-​sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need and they are down to earth people who get the job done quickly! I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone in need of an oil change!

Excellent place with excellent service. They offer a variety of services to accommodate your vehicle. The owner is nice and the staff is friendly and reliable. Prices are reasonable and I received a $ 20 off coupon in the mail after filling out a form. I come here for every oil change and would trust this place with any other needs of my car.

Usually come here to get my oil changed because it is close to campus and I can’t do it myself where I live now. They are very fast and kind when helping you choose what oil Is best for your car.

Very helpful when it came to getting my new headlights and fog lights installed, they finished in under an hour and gave me a fair price to get them done.

New to town and was referred to Mobil one! Came here to get my smog check a few months ago and it didn’t take longer than 20 minutes and reasonably priced!
Came back to get my Oil change. I have a super high mileage Toyota and Kyle recommended the best oil for my car. Noticed that a few things were wrong and gave me a great deal and made sure everything would be okay for my road trip down to San Diego! All in a timely manner!

I was greeted by an employee. I wasn’t aware of the time. I really needed to have oil services. He (Kyle) was very accommodating and was finished quite fast and did so after the shop was closed. He really got me out of a bind. He helped me without hesitation.

I had my oil changed here a few weeks ago and yesterday realized that my oil was completely gone. I asked the mobil 1 team to check my car out because I just had my oil changed a few weeks before and was annoyed when it was completely gone. When I returned I was told that i owed $ 75.00 for my oil change. I then asked why my oil was empty already and why I was getting charged. A teenage kid from behind the desk then told me that it was because I «race» my car too much… When I told the manager that my car was just in a few weeks ago he told me that «the computers just went down and we have no way to check that». In the end I was not charged for the oil change that I did not want, but the next day I took my car to a reliable mechanic. The mechanic found that my oil pan plug was completely stripped and the plug was not working.
I was disgusted at the dishonesty that this shop showed and will never be back!!!

Called in for an oil change for my BMW, told me to bring it in. As soon as I pulled up they were ready to go. Very nice and helpful, I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.

They are super helpful, kind, friendly and fast service. I pulled up and they helped me right away enough though they appeared to be super busy. My oil was changed and I was on my way to class within 15 minutes of arriving at Mobil 1! Great place. Will defiantly be coming back next time I need my oil changed!

From the moment I called to get a quote to when my car was done the customer service was top notch. Not only were the employees extremely friendly, they knew all their customers who were waiting for their cars to finish up. I felt like I had a moment in the TV show Cheers. Where everyone knew one another and was having a great time while waiting.
Now let’s get to the meat and potatoes of the review. I did not feel overcharged or felt like they were trying to push any extra services. Instead I got a $ 20 rebate (for future oil change) and a extra $ 3 discount.
Speaking for myself, I know when I go to new places I always fear that I am going to feel pressured to purchase extra services. Not the case at here!
I am moving out of the area and I wish I would have came here sooner instead of going to the Mercedes dealership! I cannot tell you enough the employees were friendly, funny and I left will my car purring within a very reasonable amount of time!

Great place to go! I’ve been going here for about 3 years and haven’t gone anywhere else. The guys are super helpful, professional and welcoming.

I give this place a four star instead of a five and here are the reasons why.
1. They received the first star because as soon as I pulled up to the place, I was greeted by an associate immediately (within 10 seconds). This is the first impression and so far so good.
2. The second star was earned when the person who greeted me knew exactly who I was because he remembered me from speaking to him earlier that day over the phone asking about an Oil Change service and pricing. That to me is attention to detail which many places tend to over look nowadays. This gentleman made that personal connection with his customer.
3. The third star was earned because of the no frills or no bull service. I told this man exactly what I wanted done and all he did is reassured me that those request of service will be taken care of. The only thing this man did as far as upselling was the Synthetic motor oil I requested was upgraded to the next level. But I had no problem with his pitch because he did asked me if I wanted the higher end Oil Filter for my 98 Mustang and with the higher end Synthetic blend, I get the Oil Filter for free. On top of that, I got a discount on my overall bill even with the Tire Rotation service I requested. Could it be because it was my first time there?
4. The fourth and final star was earned because of the facility’s convenient location and it’s professional appearance. First impression from the outside and it looks like a legitamate business, not a third party shop. The three garages look good from where I saw them from, and by look good I mean it looks like a shop and not a junkyard. The waiting room is clean and cozy with enough seats for 4 to 5 people with a cold water machine for free, a TV and some magazines to help with the wait time.
The 5^th star was not earned and here are the reasons why. On their website (
) it was advertised that they will lubricate all the grease fittings, clean exterior window, complimentary vacuum, check the battery along with other services. When I received my invoice, I got an N/​A next to these items. Now to me, N/​A either means the service may not be required or needed or it was not completed. After the service is done, I paid and got my car back, that was it. There was no explanation as to what was done to the vehicle or if they found anything else wrong or may need service. Now I’m not being picky here, completely the opposite as a matter of fact. I did not check my grease fittings when I got home but basically checked everything else. I know my windows were pretty much clean when I arrived at this place. My carpet is pretty clean as well since I keep my car clean. The battery is only 7 months old. But to me, a service is a service. I’m not sure if these services mentioned here was completed or not. One last thing, in comparison to another establishment that will remain anonymous, This place is still just a tad bit more expensive for the same services done for my car today. Even with all the discounts given to me, the other place would still be cheaper. But would you get the same type of service at the other place though? That I do not know.
Overall, my first experience at this place was great. Customer service is good, the place looks great, clean and professional and the pricing is competative for the service you require. If you are looking for a place to get your car serviced such as an oil change or tire rotation, I recommend to give this place a shot. Do not let the four star fool you. I would recommend this place due to the reasons mentioned above. Kudos to the gentleman who helped me today, I believe his name is Glen. If you do come in, go see this man. No frills and no BS service. Just straight to the point and you are out door, depending on how busy they are of course. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the North Bay Sonoma County area. I live in Santa Rosa and decided to check this place out today and was not disappointed, with the exeption of a couple of things mentioned above. Aside from that, I will definitely be back to check out other services this place provides.

I brought in a 2001 Honda Civic here over a year ago for an oil change and the staff was extremely helpful. I even got the cabin air filter replaced by them. They recommended some other work as well, but I opted to hold off. The whole experience took 30 minutes, so they were quick. This is a Mobil 1 oil changing facility, so that was the main draw for me getting the oil change in Rohnert Park while visiting friends.
The problem: I got back to SF, pulled out of the driveway, and when I came back I noticed oil drips on the floor. I would have preferred to take the car back to Mobil 1, but I live 45 minutes away. I noticed oil on the engine drain plug and I lifted the car and tightened the plug. Somebody forgot to tighten the plug! Thankfully that was all that was needed, but I feel the shop missed the mark on this one, so I wouldn’t go back.
Overall, good staff, good product, and quick service, but this mistake could have been costly. Wanted to review sooner, but never got around to it. Recent reviews seem to put them in good standing.
