We have been using Antimite for years, long before they changed hands. We never have anymore issues with bugs! Paul is our tech and he is friendly, respects our privacy and does a great job!

I called Antimite for rodent problems. Joe came out and set traps all around and said he’d be back in a week. I waited a month and called them again. He came out and cleared dead mice from the old traps and set new ones. It’s been over 3 months and I’ve not heard a word from them. Stay away from Antimite. You can do much better. Sue T

This company is great! I called and spoke to Alysia, she was really nice and informative. She set up for Jeremie to come out and treat my home for a mild case of carpet beetles. Jeremie was very professional and KNOWLEDGABLE. He inspected the whole house and gave my husband many tips and a list of things he should fix to prevent other type of pests. My home is now free of carpet beetles and I can relax. I hope not to need their services again but if I do I will definitely give them a call!

This company is a joke. We have been using them for several months, and they have horrible customer service. The ant problems we had were taken care of with Antimite coming out every quarter to spray. Now that we have a flea problem, they say that they will be out to spray and they never show up. When we called they said, «sorry we are running behind,» well why should I have to call and follow up. Isn’t this their job to stay on top of calling customers and staying on top schedules. Wouldn’t you think that I as the customer shouldn’t have to call to find out when someone will be out. Horrible customer service, no apology for being late or not showing up. They sprayed once, but the fleas never went away. Time to make some changes Antimite and have better customer service and more people on staff.

This company changed their name(originally McCauley Brothers) because of terrible customer service and overall business practice. We hired them to remove some«pest» and signed up for the monthly service. We paid everything in full and trusted the BS they gave. The receptionist was mildly pleasant and set us up with an appointment with Joe. I should have known to expect problems when Joe was late to our initial appointment. While Joe had the gift of gab and could get you to feel comfortable with him inside of your home, that was about as far as his skill set went. I fell for his sales pitch and signed up for all of the servces he recommended. Joe inspected our home for entry points and set a few traps. A week later, Joe returned to check the traps as well as to do the inclusion work to close up any holes where the rodents were entering our home. While it is true that Antimite did catch and dispose of a few rodents, our rodent issue is still ongoing. To make it very clear, the inclusion work that was performed was incomplete. When calling in the attempts to have someone visit our home to locate and close up the rodent entry point, we have been told that our service plan visits have been exhausted and that we need to start another round of service. I have paid over $ 500 to Antimite and the issue is still unresolved. THEREISNOWAYTHAT I WILLEVERGIVETHISCOMPANYANOTHERCENT! To highlight a few more deficiencies, Joe would routinely miss scheduled appointments and make up excuses as to why he did not come as planned. After the second time doing this, we called to complain to his office. They did not seem to care that our visit was blown off. Needless to say, I am not happy with the level of service that I received from Antimite. Please do yourself a favor and contact a different pest company. Way better company’s are out there that do not change their name because of bad business practice!

We have been using Antimite’s monthly service for almost a year now(it was originally McCauley Brothers). Josh was our original technician and was fabulous!(He no longer works for them, though :() We have very pesky gophers and moles in our front yard and Josh came out multiple times to treat.(With monthly, they come out as often as you need them). Our front lawn has never looked better. NOW, it looks like that mole has ventured into our backyard and Antimite has come out a few times to treat. Hopefully, we will see the same results. Kelly, in the office, is always very pleasant and gets back to me with dates/times for when their technicians can come out. It may take a few days, so I wouldn’t expect same day service, but they are always prompt and will do their job even if you are not home. We have been very pleased with Anitmite’s service!
