Cute little place, but I was rather disappointed with our food. The veggie wrap was heavy on the cream cheese sauce and very light on the veggies. The burgers seemed to be frozen patty and tasted bland. Should’ve read reviews before we stopped in.

The biggest problem with this place is the service. We weren’t greeted upon entering. After waiting a few minutes at the door, we asked if we should just seat ourselves? Yeah, sure, seat yourselves. It wasn’t busy. There were two other occupied tables, but all four of the available booths were dirty. We sat ourselves at the bar. There were two women«working»(bumbling around, avoiding guests, playing on cell phones.) After a few minutes, one of them slid us menus. It was a cold, rainy day, but they had already run out of soup(at 11:45AM). We waited another 10 minutes before piping up *HEY, we’re ready to give you our order, ya’ know, whenever you are…* At this point, we didn’t even have drinks. The woman I addressed obviously did not consider herself a waitress because she found 5 more minutes worth of random chores to do behind the counter, waiting for her coworker(who was talking to other customers at the register) to come take our order. When it became apparent that the register girl wasn’t going to do it, she picked up a pad and took our drink orders. At the soonest possible moment(literally in the middle of taking our lunch orders) she handed the pad over to register girl like *Here, YOUHANDLEIT. Didn’t have to wait too long for food. Potato salad was excellent. The coyote burger was good, we really liked the bun. The bleu cheese burger was sad. I could taste the chef in sweatpants and crocs — GIVENUP — that’s all it said — I HAVEGIVENUP. The bacon was microwaved for sure. I had to ask for lettuce and tomato to cheer that burger up. It was otherwise not worth eating. No refills on our tea despite having emptied them halfway through the meal. I was really hoping one of those faketresses would have asked how our meal was or why I wanted lettuce and tomato on a burger that didn’t come with lettuce and tomato — but they didn’t. It’s clear that nobody running the establishment cared whether or not we enjoyed our lunch. We definitely didn’t. The candies on sale at the register were gross. Won’t be back.

LOVE this place! Victoria is a transplant from New York. The food in her restaurant is fabulous and. she has Brunch! This is a rarity in northwest Arkansas. She makes fresh Hy-bread every day. This is a high protein bread developed by Cornell University. Its awesome. So I already loved the bistro and Victoria, but she recently catered an event which made me love her food even More! She has an unmatched sophistication in her culinary skills. I’m super excited to see what she does next and will continue to enjoy brunch and live music on The weekends! As a bonus, If you want some interesting conversation ask her to sit down and talk.

My husband and I went here for a good meal before he left town on his semi. We thought the place looked nice. He was drawn in because they had Cajun and burgers. There were only about 7 other people dining. We sat for 20 min before a waitress showed up, giggled and said we should have yelled. She forgot we were there.(Strike one) we both ordered sweet tea. It was awful. Then looking at the menu. It was very limited. He asked about the Cajun and was told the new cook didn’t know how to cook it.(Strike two and three) we asked for burgers and fries. They don’t serve fries.(You are a burger place!)(strike 4!) the burger looked like a frozen patty. His cheeseburger was missing the cheese. It was terrible as well. Prices were high for what they served us. We will never return there.

My mom suggested this place recently for dinner. She said it was creole/cajun. Limited menu, but they are trying. Good little café that is trying t be a bistro. They advertise music, but when i was there no dice. So here is the thing… everytime I eat in Arkansas, i get sick. At chains, its because their food is medicore, and non-chain places… well… is generally not good. But Victoria’s was AMAZING. I live in a «foodie» city, so i am judging by standards that are high, and stacked against Arkansas, tho i think a chilis/applebees shouldn’t result in sickness, but that’s my experience in arkansas. This place doesn’t really have a cajun/creole menu… but they highlight some basic dishes. Everyone at our table had the Jambalya. Perfect. So flavorful, with a slight(just a tingle) heat on the finish. Rice was perfectly cooked. But it goes beyond that. Our entrée came with choice of side. We all got the salad. So i was expecting the usual iceberg, tomato, cucumber thing dripping in ranch. What i got was a lettuce mix(mostly romaine) topped with tomatoes and grapes and beautifully dressed with a house vinagrette. And it was perfect. not too oily, not to vinegar… just right. The chef/owner(? pretty sure that is who it was) served our entrees, and stopped by to make sure we were happy. And the bartender… well, she made the most amazing spicy bloody mary. I like spicy… that does not mean dump a ton of pepper in the drink. It also doesn’t mean dump a ton of hot sauce in my drink. She did it right. I am a bit of a Bloody Mary expert(or snob).
