Was here on a business trip so I didn’t go all out like I usually do. The food was very good. I got a Ribeye cooked mid-rare and they just about got it perfect. It was a little more to the medium side than I would have preferred but it was close. Everything had a nice fresh taste to it and was flavorful. The waitstaff was great but there were several as out party was about 30 people so they are very accomodating to large parties. I will definitely come back again to truly peruse and sample some other things on their menu.

Had a bad experience there with super dry old Chicken. The Garlic Mashed Potatoes where dry on the outside on the dish so defiantly old and reheated. We had Reservations for a Birthday Party. They told us that our Room would be ready at 6pm. At 6:30pm we where still standing there for a clean up. Never go there again

8÷21÷15 I was contacted by the manager and will receive a gift certificate for a little more than our meal cost. We will try them again in a few weeks to see what kind of service we will get. I will update my review at that point. 9÷6÷15 we returned to the restaurant and ordered the same meal. The server was so nice and our food was prepared perfectly. I know our previous experience was not the norm and I appreciate the manager encouraging us to give them another try. We will be back!

The smoked sirloin was seriously the best steak I’ve ever had. Service was pretty decent and we will def be back!

Ordered their special smokehouse sirloin rare. My wife ordered hers medium. See the pic of my rare steak. It came steak Diane and it tasted like Bologna. It come sliced, not as a whole steak. My wife’s steak tasted better, not so much like Bologna. Spinach dip was good. Tortilla soup was good. Would I come back here for steak… Probably not, unless you like listening to Rush’s «limelight» playing over the speaker system. Started to question if I was in Golden Corral?

Very disappointing. Overpriced and poor quality. First, they gave us a“hard as rock” loaf of bread, which we immediately returned. Our server said it was hard because it was sourdough. Obviously, she has never eaten good sourdough. The second loaf was very good. Second, we were served salads that were turning brown. Third, they brought our steaks, which were supposed to be medium well. One was rare, and we returned it. We had filets, but they looked like cheap pieces of meat. Too much money($ 23.99 per person) for such poor quality. Even though we returned the bread, complained about the salads and my steak, the manager never came over to chat. No wonder they were not busy on a Friday night. Won’t be back.

Ate here and had ordered a steak for both myself and my partner. One was medium rare and one was medium well. Our appetizer was delivered and the server told us that our steaks were ready so she was going to bring them out. I knew that one of the steaks would be cooked wrong because the timing was wrong. Sure enough, the medium well was severely undercooked. We brought this to the attention to our server and she literally said, «Well, you could always just close your eyes.» I was floored that that a) seemed like an appropriate response, and b) that no offer was made to rectify the situation. Since the overall idea of «Texas steakhouse» is beyond redundant at this point in the dining game, do yourself a favor and cook a steak at home. Don’t spend your money on a place that doesn’t value you as a guest.

Seems most of the bad reviews are a little older so maybe something has changed here with management or something? bc we’ve eaten here several times in last few months and really liked it! Most recently big Mothers Day dinner with a party of 8 and service was fast and friendly and food was great! I always get filet and it was very good and cooked perfectly medium rare. We usually eat in the bar where bartenders Kaitlin and Morgan are awesome! Only one time was my steak overcooked(way way well done, so perhaps a mixup in the kitchen?) and Morgan immediately took it back and my new steak was out in no time, perfectly medium rare. They don’t skimp on the shots of whiskey either! That’s my favorite thing. I hate skimpy bar shots. Hmmm, maybe that’s why I keep going back!

Why 1 star? Overpriced steaks and bad/slow service. I came here twice. Once on a busy weekend evening and on Thursday 7pm. Bought occassions The service was terrible. I will not be coming back here. If you do go here, my advice is to make sure you are prepared to wait. They have complimentary bread. I liked the bread a lot. Ask for it because the wait staff tend to forget. The table behind my party got their bread middle of their dinner. I had tried their ribeye and sirloin. Ribeye is bland and poorly season. Sirloin is good. But I think it’s not good enough for the price. The waiter also forgot to check with me. if my steak was cooked well. I ordered medium rare and good thing it was cooked right. When the bill came, it had the recommended tip right below the cost. This is poor taste. I had to cross that out and wrote my own tip amount.

Pleasantly surprised by great lunch here. Ever get in the mood for a great burger, but you don’t want fast food? I was at the Pinnacle mall and thought a place named Texas Land & Cattle seemed like they’d serve burgers at lunch. There was no wait. They had a lunch menu which included a $ 9.99 cheese steak burger. The service was very friendly, professional and quick. The burger tasted freshly grilled, perfect medium as I ordered, and baked bun. My drinks were filled promptly. I was in and out in less than ½ hour. I thought for the price, speed and delicious burger this was a great place for lunch.

I’ll give the restaurant 4 stars for all my past experiences here. Steak has always been good and cooked as ordered. Smoked sirloin is delicious. This time the Saturday night hostess didn’t seem to know that she is the first impression and should greet the customers. After standing in front if her for 3 – 5 minutes before she would even make eye contact, no one else waiting, restaurant not very busy since you can throw a rock and hit a new Longhorn and the Ruth Cris, Logans, Colton’s and Outback are all within a few miles — a waitress comes up and engages with us an tells us there is a15 minute wait. First impression told us it may not be a god night to eat there so we went to Longhorn steakhouse instead.

Came in on a slow Monday night. Our waitress was sweet, but had an awkward table presence. She seemed a little stressed out as we sat down. I ordered the Vigioner to begin with, but apparently that wine was not stocked, and the waitress seemed like she hadn’t heard of it before. No biggie; I assume most who order white wine at a steakhouse would get a Chardonnay. Settled on the 14 hands instead, an easy-to-drink red. On to the meal. Unbeknownst to us, but enlightened after reading the bill and help reviews, there is a bread service course that was completely absent from our experience. Would’ve at least liked the offer of bread. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and wedge salad, date ordered a strip mid-rare, tortilla soup, baked potato, and added a lobster tail. The wedge salad was good, and exactly what you’d expect. Creamy bleu cheese and crispy iceberg lettuce. Our waitress came to the table and explained that they were out of tortilla soup. Fair enough, so date got the Brussels sprouts instead. Waitress returns, and this time they are out of mashed potatoes, which are supposed to come with the aforementioned chicken fried chicken. CFC is just not the same without mashed potatoes. I was very disappointed, but being a waitress myself, I sensed that the food was under the lights, waiting to be ran to us, sans potatoes. Wanting to eat, instead of changing my whole meal, I got a baked sweet potato instead. Mid-rare steak was rare(seemingly in accordance with other reviewers –someone give those cooks a thermometer!), Brussels sprouts sucked, potatoes were average, green beans raw, CFC alright. Manager did come out once to apologize, but did nothing more than that. With so many hiccups, I would’ve offered my table at least a free drink, gift card, or SOMETHING as a gesture of apology. Kitchen needs to be whipped into shape. Poor waitress was struggling to work with them. She gets 20%, but we will not be back. An $ 80 meal should be delicious and come off without a hitch. You’d think they’d be on their game with a new steakhouse across the street vying for their business.

Recently improved menu! We’ve come to this restaurant a couple of times a year for a quite a while but we found out a month ago they had revamped the menu and were now serving«better quality steaks.» I had liked the steaks before but I will say that they are better now — more tender and flavorful. I think they are also doing a better job of cooking the steaks — more consistent. Other things: Before they automatically brought you hot bread with butter but now you need to ask for it. I also loved the small whole mushrooms they served but now they served sliced mushrooms(which I don’t like quite as well). Oh, and the hot brownie with ice cream is REALLY good. In fact I dropped by after a movie just to treat my wife to an-end-date dessert and we both really enjoyed it. Of the two visits since revamping the menu, I have also had good, prompt, friendly service. Overall, I would say it has improved and they are doing better on the most important thing which are the steaks.

Not satisfied with the service? Maybe you need to go back to California or New York City! The ease that was experienced here took me right back home to Texas! Our server /bartender was very attentive and never overlooked us; the steak and pork chop was prepared perfectly, what a meal!!! It’s been difficult to find a great steak prepared correctly with excellent atmosphere in this area!

I have been here 2 or 3 times and every time it is a good experience. Good food and good service. Fair pricing. Last week I ordered soup and salad for LUNCH. The chipotle soup was very good. The salad was fresh. I believe it was $ 6.99 for the combo. Fresh ingredients, good service and pleasant atmosphere. I like it.

This is hands down this is the worst steakhouse in Northwest Arkansas. Everything was terrible. For starters, the crab cakes were very bready and we were searching for the crab. The jalapeño poppers were flavorless. Our steaks were anemic looking as if there were cooked on low heat in a pan. We never got the salad. I’m not sure why but the meal arrived and I guess the waitress forgot. The green beans were raw and flavorless. I am not sure what the house wine was but it was very rough tasting. Need I say more. I’m not sure how this restaurant stays in business. The building was very cold that night. We won’t eat there again.

We had dinner here last week. We’re not from the Rogers area so can’t say if this is one of the better choices, but we did not enjoy our meal and would not return. The best part: $ 2 special on the onion rings, and they were good. After that things went downhill. The salads were meh and worst of all our entrees were so-so. There is no excuse for a rather tasteless steak.

***Update: After the change in management, this place has gone down hill a bit. The food isn’t nearly as good, and the staff don’t seem as happy to be working there like they used to be. Sadly because of the change in management affecting the food quality, my rating has dropped from a 5 to a 3, and has caused me to seek out other places with better steak.(Longhorn Steakhouse) One of very few places to actually get a good steak! The atmosphere is good and the food is generous and excellently prepared. One of my favorite places to go when I go out.

My husband and I had terrible service here. The food was over priced, compared to the quality. This was for lunch. There was only one other table occupied. We haven’t been back since.

Been here twice and enjoyed it twice! Service was nice and accommodating. We began with 3 people and surprise! Added 2 more and they were willing to push two tables together for us. The Good: The Smoked Sirloin — Medium Rare — is fabulous! I ordered it the first time and could not find it in myself to order anything else so ordered it again the second time. Loved it just as much! It’s so tender and juicy and perfect! My family also ordered the Cajun Ribeye and it was good, but didn’t know where the«cajun» part of it was. We also had an order of the Texas-size Porterhouse. It had a nice sear and crisp to the edge. Another good was the jug of drink for each person so we could refill our own cup! The Bad: The food was a bit slow getting out because there was a party of youngins in the big room. No uglies this time. =) I can’t wait to return!
