Lux Nails

Great service! A friend of mine recommended me to a certain lady there. Her name is Leah. She does an amazing job and is very gentle with your hands. I usually go in there with a picture of a nail design that I want, and she does great doing them! All in all, great service!

THE WORST pedicure I have ever gotten. They not only pained my toe nails, but all the skin around the nails too! I asked if they could fix them for me and the way she tried to fix them made them look WORSE! I told them that it was a horrible job and they told me I picked a bad color and it was my fault not theirs. On top of them having the worst nails techs around, the place is disgusting. Looks like they haven’t swept the floors since they opened. I suggest Mommy and Me at the mall or Luxe nails in Bentonville.

Very friendly and extremely attentive. Walk-​in without appointment and only had a couple minutes to wait even though they were very busy.

I love to come over here every time I’ve been down to Roger I love this place because the work is nice and friendly and the do a very good job. Just love to come back here soon :)

First time here and I was not impressed! My pedicure was completed but I will never go back… The person taking care of me acted as if I purposely messed my nails up because of my weird toes… she made a point to tell me that is why she put some cotton between my toes… no one should have to leave with two of their polished nails smudged… Needless to say I went away very unhappy and I made sure the receptionist knew why I wasn’t returning!!!

Very unsatisfied with the customer service today. I have been coming to this place for quite some time. I am very loyal client and come every week to have a polish change or nails filled. Today I walk in and waited over an hour without them telling me of any wait… thinking as always I would get right in. Guess it was a sign to start going somewhere else! They need more staff and someone who still does acrylics!!! I got skipped over because of that reason… eek!

I was offered a special the moment I walked in the door, and just before we started, the price went up $ 5. So I cancelled the special and opted for the pedicure only. Then I received the cold shoulder. I was rushed out of my seat seconds after we finished, so quickly that she knocked over my things. And then during payment, the associate tried to get me to give her all my change for her tip instead of waiting for me to give a tip after I received my change. This was my first visit. I will not be back.

The service was okay, but they make you wait for them even if they have nail techs available!!! They were very rude and the job was mediocre.

This place has gone down hill. I had an appointment and still had to wait 25 minutes! What’s the point of making an appointment?!

I love this place and had to share my new spot! I came here with friends and had an amazing pedicure. There are so many choices for you to pick but I love my pomegranate although I haven’t tried the others i will definitely be back to try them! It was a wonderful experience.

I travel down to NW Arkansas once a month for work. Last week I got a no-​chip here and it was awful. Not only was the tech very rough, but he kept telling me what a poor choice I made in the color (because it required a few coats apparently). It was a regular OPI reddish/​purple. The paint job was pretty bad — on my cuticles and missing on some tips. I definitely won’t be back.

I’ve gone to Lux twice, and both times had a bad experience. The first time was for my birthday back in March, and the nail tech had o clue what she was doing. Someone else ended up re-​doing my pedicure when they saw the poor quality. I just figured she was new and didn’t think too much of it because my friends had pretty good experiences. The last time was about 3 weeks ago in June… I had a tech named Mimi, I think, for a pedicure. She made me bleed 3 times!!! She was using the nippers on my cuticles (which is against state regulations by the way), and actually pulled my cuticle instead of nipping. It hurt! I asked her to not use the nippers anymore, and she put them down. But about a minute later she started using them again! I was ready to just leave then… but she offered to do hot stone at no extra charge, so I let her finish. I wasn’t going to leave a review… but it is 3 weeks later, and my toe still hurts :(It’s possible I just got a bad nail tech each time, but I won’t be returning to find out.
