BUYER BEWARE!!! This was the first time that I have had my oil changed here. It will certainly be my last! While waiting, the mechanics would come in an tell other customers that their cars had other problems and would need costly repairs. After the third one, I thought oh boy, I wonder what they would «find» on mine. Sure enough, there were several things that really «needed“fixing. Yea sure. Good luck if you want HONEST service.

They are «kwik» as the name suggests. The staff were friendly and knowledgable about their craft. We didn’t have to wait long to get maintenance done, and be back on the road to finish running errands. Great place to go in town!

Excellent friendly service I was able to not only do the oil change and tire rotate but also differential fluid that had to be changed because i have never changed it and pull a trailer all in as long as it takes me to usually do an oil change.

I have gone here several times, hoping that the service would improve.
It hasn’t improved and I won’t be trying again.
Each oil change has taken approx an hour, and there was only one other person in line. Guests who arrived after me have left before me.

Initially impressed when I started going 3 years ago, but their service in the last year and a half has gotten slower and slower.
I went in here for an oil change– should’ve been in and out– it took 40 minutes. When I asked why it’d taken so long, the manager admitted that his guy working on my car had been distracted because he was talking to another customer who’d come in (after me) that he knew. Chatting with a buddy while I’m waiting for my car is not okay.
The time before last, I was given a ridiculous quote for a serpentine belt that they said was cracked, and brakes that they said should be changed right away. My brother in law later went in to change both things and said they were perfectly fine and a long time from needing changed.
Friendly people, but due to the long wait and disrespect for my time, I’m not going back.

I came here this past Saturday for an oil change. I was excited to try them since they had so many good reviews. I will be adding to those good reviews luckily :).
I came in around 8:15am and dropped my car off. There were a few people in the waiting room. I went for a walk because I can’t sit still haha and by the time I got back (15 min) my car was already being worked on.
Tony came and got me from the waiting room to give me a detailed overview of my car. He SHOWED me what needed to be done on my car besides an oil change. I loved how they bring you back and show you — since some mechanics might just say that needs to be done without proof. I needed new transmission fluid and a new cabin air filter. The total price for all 3 was about 170.
I felt really good with their service and how they show you what is going on with your car. They do a full inspection. Super friendly guys and very fast service. I will definitely bring my car back!

I came here last month to get my oil changed and they were super awesome then. But what really wowed me was the service I received the next time I went in. I wanted to get my car checked before I went on a super long trip to DC and they didn’t even charge me for it. They said «we take care of our customers.» And they really do. I even asked them to check my brakes and everything. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back there again and again. It’s hard to find such great service from such great people.

I have been in several times and the service is always fantastic. Brian and the crew takes great care of my car and I appreciate how professional they are. The only place I will ever take my car.

Always do a good job, but always try to sell you the extras.

Another oil change and another five star review. I’m was so impressed, I went to the web site and sent them a customer feedback comment.
Less than seven minutes for the oil change, and that included the tech bringing me out to the garage to point out the various systems and see if I wanted anything extra done to the car. Very friendly and very presentable.
Just really great work and we’ll keep coming back!
