Official FitnessPro offers specialized personal training in the areas of Therapeutic Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, Weight Management, and Youth Fitness. Three locations: Westlake Recreation Center, Rocky River Recreation Center, and our Private Studio on the Corner of Detroit and Wooster in Rocky River.

History

Established in 2006.

OFP started with Jeremy Dancy at the Westlake Recreation Center. I hired Colleen Barry because of her history working with seniors to assist me with my clients. Then it hit me «one trainer can not do it all» I needed her for her expertise. I then brought Barry on to assist with weight loss. It was perfect I focused on what I do and let the other specialist focus on what they do. It is better for the client and better for the trainer.

I have been a trainer since 1998 and seen a lot of fads come and go. The basic principles of healthy eating and exercise remain the constant.

Each trainer offers a different recipe for the same cake… the key is to match the right trainer with the right client. OFP trainers are specialist in the areas of Therapeutic Exercise, Strength & Conditioning, Weight Management, and Youth Fitness.
