Fetch Pet Boutique and Spa

I created a Unilocal account specifically so I could review Fetch because we had such a great experience there today! After a bad experience at the first groomer we went to, Maisy (a 7 month old cockapoo) has been very afraid of any kind of grooming. We did a lot research and initially called another groomer. However, after multiple calls and no return call, we decided to call Fetch, and I am SO glad we did! We called on a Saturday night and the owner, Katie, got back to us first thing on Monday. When we took Maisy in today, she immediately made both of us feel at home. She was so friendly and explained the whole grooming procedure to me. The store was extremely clean and super cute! When I came back to get Maisy (just under 2 hours after I dropped her off), she looked so great! Her hair had been extremely long prior to going in, and they made her look great! Katie and Kendra gave my little pup a fantastic cut and we will most definitely be back! The entire experience was wonderful and Katie made it so relaxing and easy! Like I said, Fetch was fantastic and we will definitely be back!

I am happy to give Fetch its first, well-​deserved review.
I was looking for a groomer to give my Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier his second haircut, and was referred here by a friend who had a good experience here. Wheatens require a high-​maintenance groom, so I emailed the owner to first ask if they would be open to grooming him in the breed-​specific cut that we prefer. Katie got right back to me, and was able to take a look at some photos to get an idea of what we liked.
Our dog came back today and he looks amazing. The groomer took her time, did some detailed hand-​scissor work, and he smells like a super clean pooch. I also love that they only groom one dog at a time, so there is no chaos to distract him while on the grooming table. The shop is beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming.
Our experience was wonderful; customer service was top-​notch. I also found the prices to be reasonable, especially for such a detailed cut. We’ll be back many times!
