My mission is for you to have better communication with your horse through better education of the rider. No one knows everything. It is good to have someone help you along the path of learning. My hope is to be that someone.

Trained with Richard Shrake, (the trainers trainer), apprenticed with a CHA trainer, clinic with Kenny Harlow, trained with an «A» rated hunter/​jumper instructor. Betsy Morret of Holly Hurst Farm in Carlisle, PA. My last instructor, when I was in PA, (Terry Peiper of bucknhorsehollow) was named one of the top 50 riding instructors of the American Rider Instructor Association. I am now an official student of Colleen Kelly, rider biomechanics. Apprenticed with Carolin Rider-​Rider Horsemanship. Studied under Lorrie Bracaloni certified holistic practitioner. Studying under Caroline Resnick, liberty training.

To better help the horses and you, I am constantly learning.

History

Established in 2008.

I started my business in Maryland in March of 2008 after moving here from Pennsylvania to move in with my mother-​in-​law and take care of her. Because of that, I do not have my own facility. The owner of Reiff House Stable was looking for a trainer/​riding instructor and, being new to the area, I was looking for a stable to work out of. I am grateful for the start they gave me in getting my business off the ground in Maryland. Working with them has been exciting and rewarding. I have met a lot of very nice and interesting people through working there, which is how I met Patricia Purks and became the riding instructor/​trainer at Eagles Nest Ranch in Boonsboro, Md, owned by Patricia. As of November 1, 2009 I had taken over the entire horse operation at that location. Sadly, in September 2011 that property has been sold and is no longer a horse stable.

Working with Richard Shrake, I met Julie Bolton from Rocky Ridge, MD. Where I am now in charge of the horse operation.
