Established in 1995.

We’ve been teaching in Rocky Point for the past 16 years. We intend to continue teaching here as we’ve become a part of the community. Being involved in PTA, business associations, girl scout and boy scout troops gives us a great sense of community.

Sisuk Ed along with his teacher Sifu Darren have a combined martial arts experience of 45 years. They each diligently work to preserve the traditional Shaolin experience for all members of the school.

I’ve only been to two classes so far, and I was pretty skeptical at first, but after the first class, I knew this would be exactly what I needed to keep my body in the best shape. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging, which makes me so excited when I go. I can’t wait to see the results! One of the best workouts you could possibly do!

If I had to use one word to sum up my experience at Shaolin Kung Fu & Fitness, it would be amazing! The classes are paced just right with the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. There is no boot camp atmosphere here. The instructors are knowledgeable and encourage you to safely test your limits and move beyond them.
I look forward to working out, I have more energy, and I feel stronger! And as an added bonus, I am several dress sizes smaller. I am so much closer to achieving my fitness goal than I have ever been and will continue to take classes here to maintain my newfound energy level.
