Never in my life would I have expected a licensed beautician, to be so completely incompetent and negligent!!!
REGINA EASON at SHEAR JOY, was to lighten my 2 1\2 FEET of HEALTHY HAIR. and what SHE DID was completely devastating and unimaginable…
Resulting in her frying, my long heathy hair, turning it into the texture of cotton candy, it was falling out in huge clumps, all over her floor, with each swipe through with the comb!!!
This just happened 4 days ago… at this point, I would say,
— I have lost about about a 1⁄3 of the volume that I had
— it looks like a stringy brittle mess
— it’s still shedding and breaking off
— and I’m very uncertain what the end result will be
Hopefully, I won’t have to chopped off. …
Update* AFTER YEARS OF BEING KNOWN FOR MY GREAT LONG HAIR… I AM NOW HIDING THE MESS SHE LEFT ME WITH UNDER A WIG
How devastating that someone could be so incompetent and reckless. I could kick myself Lesson learned
