The only good thing about this Lowe’s is the free Wifi they offer so people can post bad reviews. Restock and customer service issues.

Terrible customer service! The checker forgot to give me all my items. Luckily I noticed and returned. I asked the checker if she noticed she forgot items, and she said yes but did go after me because she was busy and knew I would return. Also had problems getting one tile as a sample, it took forever, no one knew how to charge me for just one — so I eventually gave up. My contractor has been refused items and made to drive to then next Lowes which is many miles away. I will not shop here again — I will drive a long distance to go to Home Depot!
