My husband bought me a Legend regulator here. Lucky me a brand new reg. I noticed a slight crack in the rubber diaphragm but didn’t say anything. It worked fine, but imagine my surprise when it was time to get it serviced only to find out that this reg DID NOT come from Scuba Shack new!!! It started somewhere else and they sold it as new. I would never buy anything else here as they have disingenuous selling practices.

just finished my PADI open water class here — really really great experience. I got the class as a groupon deal so was a bargain, and was worth every penny. instructor Nick was really great, could not have been better, and the class assistants were great as well — really top notch, happy i did it with this shop, would def recommend.
confined water dives were done in a great facility, super clean pool.
just an amazing experience overall — go here!

This place is a good reason why alot of divers have switched to buying gear off the internet. I wanted to get back in the water after two years. When I mentioned that my regulator was serviced but stayed in its bag in for two years, they insisted I come in ang get everything rebuilt. Or else I would die. They would just not stop harping on the last point, The price for rebuilding everything was just less than a brand new regulator from leisure pro.
