Dr. Eckert was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. After high school, he joined the U.S. Navy where he became a Medical Corpsman. Dr. Eckert attended undergraduate school at the University of Michigan majoring in Nursing and continued his studies graduating in 1983 from Life Chiropractic College — West in Hayward, California.
Practicing in Norwich, CT for over 15 years, he sold his practice in 2003 and came to Rocky Hill.
Dr. Eckert is licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. He has three daughters and one dog.
