Sonic

I’d give no stars if I could as I normally have to receive some type of service to rate it with stars. Worse experience at a Sonic yet! We just wanted to get a drink and when we pushed the button we waited until an abrupt sounding voice asked us to wait. We then waited what seemed like a hour but was really about 20 minutes with her never coming back to take our order. The order screen was up as if she was taking our order and we couldn’t push the red button again to ask if she forgot about us. It wasn’t that busy to rate the long wait. I think management or the owners should be aware that the people they hired to work for them are not doing a good job of taking care of the customers that stop by. I know we won’t be back if we are in the area again.

Wrong order 3 times in a row and no apology!
I went to this location 3 weeks ago and ordered a treat for me and my boyfriend. When I got home I realized they were both wrong.
My boyfriend went today to get me a caramel brownie blast with no whip cream. He came home and I realized it was an oreo blast. I drove back up there and asked for a caramel brownie blast, I repeated that I did not want whip cream. They brought me out a drink that was smaller than the one my boyfriend had originally paid for, and it had whip cream on it. The server did not make any attempt to apologize for the inconvenience. I ignored the whip cream and took a bite and noticed there were brownies this time, but it tasted like just brownies and vanilla ice cream. There was no caramel. I was fed up at this point and I knew I had caramel syrup at home. I had to come home to add caramel syrup to have the drink I had been craving.

The service here is so bad!!! You always have to wait for your food!!! Today I tried to order two small slush and a large water. I repeated myself three time he still didn’t understand the order so I pulled up to the window. I repeated it again and about 15mins goes by both cars behind me already got their drinks. He opens the window again and repeats the order totally wrong so I just drove away!!! How stupid can you get

Terribly understaffed, food came out after waiting too long for a fast food place. Food was also not as ordered, burger was just above average temp, not really hot. Other food item didn’t come as ordered either. Specifically ordered extra cheese and payed for it, didn’t receive.

Really wish some adults supervised at this location. I understand they are kids and can’t understand the concept of customer service but coming here makes me want to pull my hair out.

Standard Sonic, nothing great about this place. Customer service is very good compared to other Sonics I have visited. Food is just OK here. Drinks (strawberry-​cherry-​limeaid) is yummy! They also have drink specials every day.
