Rockwall, TX
Used this office for two years before changing to another. Never saw an MD — only a PA. Competent but not great. Staff is not friendly. Atmosphere very cool and indifferent. Staff yells out names from their seat — very unprofessional. Final straw: On two occasions for giving injections the nurse did not comply with dosage instructions on vial. Happy to have left.
