I went here and saw Dr Bidwell for a knee aspiration and a cortisone injection. He only withdrew 13 cc’s of fluid on a knee that looked like a football. Didn’t have any of the supplies he was asking for. When he was finished, he just got up and left and the nurse told me «You’re all done» and walked out of the room too. I had to ask for a rag to wipe the goop off they used for the sonogram. Then I walked up to the front to schedule a follow up. It was set up for 10−14−15. Needless to say with the amount of pain I was feeling from this procedure, I called the next day and told them and the nurse told me to take my pain pills and if it didn’t feel better before the follow up, call and come in earlier. I found another GREAT doctor that drained over 30 cc’s and actually gave me after care instructions. I called to cancel my follow up appointment and she actually told me I didn’t have one. I still have the card. This place needs to get it together. I have had this done several times, and have never experienced this kind of pain to where I couldn’t even bend my knee. My new dr sat and answered all my questions and actually does the pt for you. So glad I listened to my friend and went and saw new dr. Knee actually feels great and he gave me a brace and a polar care to keep it iced. Would never refer this dr for anything. He didnt take the time to answer any questions or even wipe the goop off of my knee. I give a BIG FAT ZERO to this practice.
