My husband and I are trying to have our floor redone before the arrival of our baby. After giving Kenneth a call 2 weeks ago, he set up an appointment to come out and give us a quote at 4:00 the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We planned to go out of town to visit family at this time but were willing to wait in order to get a quote and have our floors done more quickly. However, when 4:00 Wednesday rolled around, NOBODY showed up or called. We waited an hour and a half. When attempting to call 3 times (leaving a message), NOBODY answered. It is a week and a half later and we have yet to hear back.
I was really hoping that we would have a wonderful experience and beautiful floors from this company. However, I guess our business wasn’t valuable.

This guy is terrible. Rated «F» on BBB and Angie’s, has changed name & location. Our floors cracked, separated, peeled, chipped within weeks of installation. Rude snotty attitude. Promised fix, then no showed. Laid blame on manufacturer of product, couldn’t be bothered to even come look at problem. Refused refund or repair, threatened to sue ME when I said I would post candid reviews and photos. Wish I’d done better research and not been swindled by this shyster.
