Great staff. Good food. DD Perks is a great program as well for someone who drinks as much coffee as I do. The staff at this location in the morning is so friendly and happy. They make it a little easier to be up early. The fact that they’ve learned how I take my coffee certainly helps as well. Great food that is reasonably priced and they usually have something new to try every few months. Yum!

The ladies in the drive through who work the early morning shift are the sweetest fun ladies I’ve encountered in awhile. This locale of ol’ Dunkin’ is literally 2.5 minutes from my house. It’s easier to swing by here than make keurig coffee… and they make my coffee good(two creams, two sugars, whipped cream!). The coffee is great, but seeing smiling, fun faces at 7:30am keeps me coming back. p. s. the hashbrowns suck and so do the kolaches. Stick with the coffee and donuts(and the bagel is good too– but ask for ½ the cream cheese, they hook you up with way too much).

I don’t know why people are so picky with everything, this place is called Dunkin Donuts so obviously there main priority is donuts and coffee, and they both are really good. If your looking for good breakfast sandwiches go to mcdonalds or somewhere else don’t complain about Dunkin not having good sandwiches that’s not their main goal. People are too picky over everything, the coffee is really good, one of my favorite places and it’s cheap so go for it and the donuts are good too, personally I like everything there. If you don’t like it then go somewhere else?

Last time we will visit this location. Ordered a few items in drive thru. Donut holes had a hair under the icing. Switched it out for another item. No apology. Took over 20 minutes in the drive thru. After we left, found out that the bacon and egg croissant had burned bacon. Seems like the staff just doesn’t care.

I have stopped by one many afternoons around 4 pm to get donuts on way to work. NEVER any glazed donut holes and regular donut variety sucks too. You might as well close this store at 5 pm if you don’t want to make enough donuts! Store is very clean. I really wish they would figure out they need to be stocked all day!

This location is very inconsistent. My coffee never taste the same and I order the same way every time. Today it straight taste like cleaner though, and that concerns me. I called their corporate headquarters to let them know, but we’ll see if they do anything about it. I also let him know that the service in the morning is very slow. So if you’re not in a hurry in the mornings, and would like a nice surprise, then maybe this is a decent location for you. But if you know what you want, and expect it come out a certain way, then don’t go here.

I ordered the chicken biscuit. Horrible. The chicken had what seemed like tendons in every bite and the biscuit was just greasy. And the cost for that crap was $ 3.24 after tax. Never again!

Attn: management. PLEASETRAIN your employees in the proper but simple process of packing donuts to go without RUINING them. An older lady just tossed several frosted donuts for my grandchildren and daughter into a bag. Needless to say after the 3 minute drive home all the frosting was stuck to the bag. Please show them how to put donuts in a box !!! Thank you !!

They are very friendly here, the service is great. The sandwiches and drinks are made to order so there is a short wait but well worth it! The chicken salad sandwich is my favorite! They are open until 10pm and sell K Cups of their wonderful coffee to take home.

Stop by to get coffee but don’t forget the chocolate crescent rolls … They are really good. I don’t like their hash browns… For hash browns try Burger King or McDonalds … Is there another place for good hash browns? Please advise …

Why oh why is the drive-through service so slow?! I’ve been here at least 5 times and every time was 10 – 15 minutes of waiting. Drive throughs are supposed to be quick.

Do not order the«big and toasted» breakfast sandwich… threw mine in the garbage because it was inedible… not good at all. Dont waste your money on it.

Came here this evening on my way home and picked up 2 dozen donut holes for $ 5.00. The first few were tasty. By the next morning, they were very dry and not very appetizing. Wonder if it was because all the donuts are made that morning and not made fresh throughout the day? Who knows, but the jelly-filled ones were the best. When they gave me my receipt, the cashier made sure to mention that if I went on-line and took the survey, I would get a free donut. Free or not, I don’t see myself going back. I will say this though, the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Coffee is better than Starbucks. Drive thru moves quickly, and the donuts are fresh. The employees are always pleasant. I’m sure we’ll be here a lot.

This joint just opened in Rockwall and my family decided to give it a try even though we have been frequenting another donut shop in Rockwall that makes wonderful hot, fresh and light donuts, kolaches and pastries. What a mistake. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes despite there being only 5 vehicles in front of us, we purchased several glazed donuts. As soon as I touched the donut with my fingers I knew there was a problem — it was very cold to the touch(not room temperature, but refrigerator cold!). I then picked it up and noticed it was quite heavy and dense(not light and airy like a good donut should be). I then proceeded to eat the donut. It tasted much like it felt — cold, dense and bready — not hot, light and airy. The donut had clearly been made many hours or days before it was sold to us, and refrigerated in the interim. What a joke, especially for a restaurant with the word«donut» in its name. In addition to the dismal quality of the donuts, the prices are unreasonably high(about twice the price of my go-to donut shop a block away). You will pay $ 0.99 for a single glazed donut. I can’t speak to the restaurant’s other items, but do yourself a favor and don’t waste your $ 0.99 on their donuts.

Was so disappointed. I was looking forward to the opening. Moldy yes we’re like middle schools kids that didn’t care. Only open a few days and it’s already dirty. Coffee was terrible.
