I am so pleased with the service from Dean’s! My son is away at college and the bottom of his brand new Mustang’s bumper became detached and mangled. Bill from Dean’s quoted us LESS THAN HALF the price to fix it than the Ford Dealership! He ordered the part for us and had the work done THE NEXT DAY! I paid for it over the phone from California, and my son was on his way again. Thank you for taking care of us! You guys are great!

We had a minor fender bender which left a cracked fender and missing hubcap. Simple enough job.
When we dropped our car off we were told $ 2300 in repairs and it’d be ready in one week. It seemed expensive for what needed to be done, but we agreed. No loaner car, so we had to just figure it out.
Three weeks and $ 3300 later we picked up our car. The new paint and new hubcap didn’t match and the interior of the car was dusty and grimy from their mechanics.
Now, we understand that a price can come up a little from the original estimate to the finished product, but $ 1000!?! Seriously?!? At least $ 600 of which was not authorized AT ALL!
Not to mention the two additional weeks we spent without a car! Whenever we’d call for updates, they told us they had sent the car «out to the mechanics». What mechanics? It was a cracked fender! Why couldn’t the body work be finished at this body shop? I was offered no explanation.
Overall, I’d never recommend these crooks to anyone ever.

My husband picked this place to repair around $ 3,000 in damages! They were easy to deal with, quick and even contacted our insurance company to request more money on their behalf to cover the «over sight» they didn’t see or put on our estimate. Highly recommended!

I trusted my car with them to do what we both figured to be simple work done in five days tops. Two weeks later, my car is not finished with more damage than it came in with. The shop refused to communicate with me — they didn’t call me when they found more damage, nor when they damaged another part of my car. I had to call them repeatedly just to get anyone on the phone, and they patronized me when I did get the pleasure of talking to them. I was forced to take my car back and go to another, more trustworthy body shop to fix the damage THEY did to the mirror controls of my car because they wanted to keep it for another
week. In addition to damaging my mirrors, there are scratches all along the inside of my door that weren’t there before. I refuse to let a shop that condescends and does not value their customers’ possessions OR time do any further work on my car. The whole experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. What should have been quick and easy turned into a nightmare.

The nicest staff. Wonderful service. I will only come here from now on if my car needs any work done. You made my day because of how awesome you are.

This is a hole in the wall in Rcokwall county, but they do excellent work, got my car done AHEAD of schedule. recommended by state farm insurance and others. My vehicle was good as new, you should try this little gem of a body shop. Hope you don’t need them but you can have confidence in them. staff was friendly, mom and pop type of place.

They were owned by Dean previously, and I had taken my car in with really great results. They always worked with us on car drop off. Deans even let us leave my car at his house one night because it was after hours. I took my car there recently even though there are new owners, and was not disappointed! Wayne had an employee drop my car off at my dad’s business because I could not get there before closing to pick it up. I ordered and gave him an additional part and he offered to replace the part for free. I called several times to check on the status because I was borrowing a friend’s car and they were always patient and polite. My car looks fantastic! Zero hickups in the process. Thanks Wayne!!!
