IT Consulting firm located in the D/​FW area, provides full level support for businesses and home users both on site and remotely, including web and database hosting. We service everywhere within a 25 mile radius at no service charge, and we do free assessments. No job is too small or too large. We currently service individuals and businesses in 300‑2000 user environments. Will provide references upon request.

History

Established in 2005.

The owner, Daniel I Hampton, decided to form ComputeRx when he realized the massive IT service need facing the D/​FW metropolitan area. With an extensive computer systems background, he had the industry connections to form a team of specialized professionals that enabled ComputeRx to service virtually every conceivable need in the IT world. He built the business based on three key principals: Firstly, that the customer IS always right, secondly, that the price of service must not exceed the value of the service performed, thirdly, honesty and integrity must be at the forefront of any business venture for it to succeed. Daniel writes the column, «IT News You Can Use,» for the Northeast Times, and maintains our blog here on the website. Daniel is a Christian who attends Compass Christian Church, Colleyville Campus. Daniel is proud to be an Army Veteran!

I love what I do. I love fixing things and helping people. Solving problems and repairing computers every day over the past five years has been a privilege and an eye-​opener. I never thought I could have this much fun in a profession! Several things I’ve always hated:

1.) Having to wait on hold for mediocre help.

2.) Dealing with dishonest business people.

3.) Feeling like the person I’m talking to knows less about my problem than I do, and that they have no interest (or ability) to listen.

I designed my business to serve others, and to do so in the best possible way. I’ve found the only success to be had in the services industry lies in the ability to perform efficiently, honestly, professionally, and kindly.
