Cici’s Pizza Rockwall

This place is dirty. My child begged me to take him here. I’m not a fan of buffet, but I must make my sweetheart happy. The top counter above the food line was full of dust & dirt. The windows have food & handprints all over them. I just felt gross & didn’t eat. If the place is this dirty I can bet the staff probably dosnt wash their hands.

Needed a fast lunch at 2:00pm, a pizza buffet was probably not the best choice, took a chance and went in…
Our group was promptly greeted and assured that all the food was fresh, hot and ready. The place was clean and all the food was as promised. If your expecting $ 20 Neapolitan pizza, go elsewhere. If you want a family oriented pizza place that is clean, fast and allows you to get your pizza fix on, you are in the right place.
Want something special or different? Just ask one of the people behind the counter. You will have your custom created pizza in a few minutes, no extra charge.
I don’t understand the other reviews for this place that praised the restaurant, it’s food and service and only gave 3 to 4 stars. If they earned 5 stars then give them the credit they are due.

Largest CiCi’s Pizza I have ever been inside of! There are about 40 4-​seat tables, 18 4-​seat booths, and a few larger corner booths.
Every time we have been, the food has been good, fresh, and hot. The buffet is always well stocked and when getting low, they are prompt to restock.

Good pizza. Lots of selections. Excellent staff. Fun game room for kids. All you can drink too. Awesome dessert pizza. Wonderful price.

This place is DISGUSTING. I gave it one star because I couldn’t give it ZERO. I’m not a super clean, germaphobe but wow. Everything you touch is sticky! You wanna grab a tray, sticky. Grab a chair, sticky. You might catch something here. No joke. Not sure what they clean their tables, chairs and trays with but it feels like soda. They wipe everything down with soda. It’s that sticky! Their pizza tastes wet and soggy like it’s been sitting out till someone takes the last piece. Pizza is disgusting and not even good. They have a play room in the back and there was water coming out the bottom of the wall with TOILET water from the bathroom the next wall over. This place needs to be burnt down and replaced with another Chipotle. Can I get an Amen? This place sucks. Service sucks. Pizza sucks. Place is gross. Don’t get me started on the bathrooms, dirty, just hold it. The only reason people go here is because they are waiting for pay day and they are broke. Yikes. Please do us all a favor and shut this place down. I feel like all the people they hire are stoners or white trash and can’t properly clean up. So that’s my review. Go to the place and see for yourself. Be careful and carry some hand sanitizer.

Felt like i was in east L. A

With its seemingly endless supply of charming, genuine Italian eateries such as Pizza Hut, Dominos, Pizza Getti, etc. (the list goes on and on) Rockwall simply never fails to deliver on an authentic and tasty dining experience.
As another learned reviewer here so succinctly points out, the «alfredo with cheddar cheese» is indeed a menu variation that has become a local favorite and must be tried.
However, the real fine dining highlight for me was the phenomenal dessert options. I selected the delicately-​prepared fried bread pieces with the smeared-​on Nestles chocolate sauce.

Train wreck. Low quality food. Bad service.
I was visiting the porcelain chair after this visit non stop.
Maybe a bad day, but I think the health dept should pay a visit.

I miss Cicis so much. There is SUPPOSED to be one fairly close to San Diego but its ever so elusive and I have yet to find it.
Luckily when we went the other day, it was at a random time so there was basically NO ONE in here. Sweet!
Most of the pizzas they had out were some variety of sausage so I requested my favorite vegetable pizza with alfredo and cheddar cheese.
While I was waiting, I snacked on a few pieces of plain alfredo, spinach alfredo and a thin crust sausage. Way yummy. All very ot and crispy.
When my special order was ready they brought it out, steaming hot and gooey right to my table. Score!
For dessert I had one bite of that weird apple pizza that I like and a teency cinnamon roll that I LOVE.
For three people and two drinks for $ 20, you cannot get better lunch anywhere else!

This was my first time at this Cici’s Pizza. I arrived around 7:00 for dinner. The dining area was a total disaster. I can’t say that is completely the staffs fault as there were irresponsible parents letting their kids run around causing havoc and creating a mess.
I figured the pizza bar would be full because of the time and the fact that the dining area wasn’t very busy. But there were only 3 different pizza’s out. An employee offered to take a special order so I requested 3 slices of Mexican style pizza. When it was done, they brought it to my table. The pizza was hot and made just as I requested. The staff members were all very friendly.
Cici’s is the only pizza buffet in the area and is worth the short drive and cheap prices.
