Do not trust this company! Came out and put Freon in my system even though it had a leak in the coil, didn’t call me to discuss the work or options just did it and charged me. However, Rodd was very eager to sell me a new unit. Why was Freon put in knowing it would just leak back out;, because they soaked me for an easy $ 140 that’s why! A reputable company would have called, explained the problem and asked what I wanted to do. When I disputed the $ 130 contract fee that was charged without my permission, suddenly the service call jumped to $ 85, I got $ 45 back. A service contract with this company? NO WAY! When I spoke to Rodd about my frustration of not getting a call or paper work and my house being JUST AS HOT 12 HOURS LATER, he could have cared less. Take your business to a company that stands behind their work!!!

This is the best A/​C company I’ve ever used. Warren has helped keep our old units running for a few years now. The compressor finally locked up on us (over 15 years old) and Rodd and his guys put us in a whole new system. I’ll keep their number but may not need to call them again for many, many years to come with this new equipment. Thanks guys!

I needed someone quick to fix my ac. they showed up the same day, were very knowledgeable, had very fair prices and got me fixed very fast. Will use them from now on. Thank you, Air Performance! Great job!
