Turn Key Properties

I’ve used Turn Key Properties for over 8 years. They have remodeled my kitchen, replaced my roof, dug out gutters, snaked out drains, replaced plumbing, repainted my two homes, done myriad drywall and patching and generally are my go-​to guys for any work I need done.
My kitchen is on their website for their remodeling photos. I’m happy to recommend their company to anyone, and most of my friends have used them because I speak so highly about them. One downside is that they’ve recently become busy, and can’t always get to my job right away. They are usually up-​front about their availability, however.
This is a company that is responsive and when anything has been amiss, has gone to great lengths to remedy problems. The owner, in particular, is friendly and frank. Oftentimes, he’s talked me into cheaper options when my particular inclination may have been more expensive, which ultimately made him less money on the job. This is what you want in a great general contractor.

So I guess I can add the following about Turn Key Properties… Unprofessional, Liars and Con-​artist.

So I reply back to them that it is about their company and I know where they are located at. I own a house in Maryland. And that I was not going to remove my post. Matter fact I will post this on Unilocal so others can see.
1^st of all I’m a grown man. You don’t tell me do anything. I don’t work for you or your company. 2^nd of all, Netiquette (Network etiquette/​Internet etiquette) is to avoid typing in all caps or grossly enlarging scripts for emphasis. This is considered to be the equivalent of shouting or yelling.

So I find this message funny to me. HAHA. So now you’re sorry after I replied that I would post this on Unilocal.How can you have a record for me if you haven’t asked for my name or the address my property? Then they state «There are other Turn Key’s in MD maybe you have us confused». And this makes me LOL. Because when I click on the users profile from the message it states location, Rockville, MD. And if you look at my review you see the address of 11 114 Rock Rd, Rockville, Md 20 852. Not a DC address. So why would stress this review if was a different company with a different address? You would stress it because it’s the same company. When you go to
and click on contact us, it has the same phone number and email address that is on my invoice from so called Maryland Turn Key that I have them confused with. But what is funnier is that that web address is also on my invoice, HAHA. You want more proof that it’s the same company that gave me shitty service two times and charged me 200% on work? Here are some numbers you can look up yourself… MHIC 05 – 126 986, EPA-NAT107257−1, and the tax registration # 26 – 2 829 739.
So no, I don’t not have the wrong company and I will not remove my post. And as far as you «investigating and try to remedy the situation», you cannot. What you going to do give my money back after pretty much robbing me. How about paying the day labors that your company had come by more money and taking less profit? Not going to happen.
