Best straight razor shave ever! Hot towels, lotions; plan 30 minutes! Excellent! Maria does a great job.

Well came here a second time and things were a lot smoother and better. I’ll give them another shot in a month and update my review then if they can continue to be consistent in their hard work. They do an amazing job compared to the Hair Cuttery and they are a dollar cheaper.

This place has been my barber shop for 4 years now. Great place to get haircut! They have popcorn to eat and a TV where Dimitri plays whatever intense sports game is on. The people that I have had cut my hair so far are Maria, Dimitri, Jenny, and Bunnida. They all have done amazing jobs!

So pleased with the service and care they put into the haircut and shave. I brought my husband who is disabled and needed his beard shaved off and a haircut. They could not have been nicer and more caring! We will return, for sure!

Starting with someone new to cut your hair is, IMHO, like finding a car mechanic or anything other personal service: sometimes you have to shop around to find the right one. When my old shop became no longer convenient, I tried a few of the stylists at TBS before finding the right one for me, and she’s been cutting my hair for more than 5 years. Owner Dimitri is a character, and for $ 16, a men’s haircut is reasonable.

4 months to grow a killer beard. 5 minutes to totally destroy it. Thanks for nothing. Oh and they tried to charge me too. If you can’t trim a beard say so! Don’t use me as a guinea pig. So disappointed in them. The owner was in the chair next to me and could care less. I’ve been a long time customer for me and my son. Notice the past tense.

The«manager» at this establishment was ridiculous. My fiancé showed up at home after a «straight razor shave» from Wendy that was terrible. The sides were completely uneven. I actually measured them and they were .40inches different. My fiancé tried to fix what he just paid them to do but ended up having to shave completely his entire face. As he was shaving I called the barber shop to speak to the manager who kept telling me to have him come back in so he could fix it. I tried to explain that he was in the middle of shaving all of the hair off so there was nothing to show and I would like his money back. He refused and told me to have my fiancé come back in to the shop. I asked, «Why does he have to take more of his time to come back and „fix“ what they have messed up? Take responsibility and refund his money.» this is when he hung up on me. Terrible customer service, terrible cuts, overall terrible place. oh and the only reason that wendy even ended up shaving my fiancé’s face is because when wendy asked the manager to do it, he said he was too busy. Guess that should’ve been my fiancé’s first clue that she didn’t know what she was doing.

My father in-law needed a place for a straight razor shave as he has difficulty in his later years with not keeping up with his saving. I had found this place for him and on two different occasions they game him a great shave and a cut he was delighted with. The staff is nice but they are sharp to close, so if you get there late then you planned poorly. I plan to use them when I go for a hair cut.

3 stars is stretching it, more of in hopes it keeps this on their reviews. Came in today for a very simple cut with a very simple part to the side. Sat down in Jenny’s chair and was hopeful because she is the second chair. Well, she shouldn’t be. My hair looks horrible. I’m going to Have to go somewhere else to get this fixed and done the correct way. My bangs are cut incorrectly for the part I want and when I asked Jenny to do more with them she had the most disgusted look on her face and let out an audible sigh as well as dropped her hands to her side. She cut them wrong again. I asked her to touch up my sideburns, again and other sigh and drop of the hands. I really almost stood up and walked out in hopes someone else could finish it. Wish I had of because now I have to get it fixed. Customer service goes a long way in the barber shop experience/world and her service has completely turned me off to this shop. I wish I had of read everyone else’s reviews warning me of Jenny so I could have avoided this.

I’ve been to this place several times and always went to Ricardo. He is magic with his gentle hands and consistently gives a great cut. Unfortunately, I called today and was notified he’s no longer there. The others may be good too, I haven’t tried, and to be fair they have great prices and services all around. But Ricardo was my go to. He must be found. This is what happens when I haven’t been by in a few months. Where are you Ricardo? This mane needs to be maintained!!!

This barber shop is phenomenal; the hours are great, the wait times are short, the prices are reasonable, and there are so many talented barbers working here. After coming here for my haircuts at least once a month for well over a year, I have found that they are all careful, professional, and competent. After all this time, I don’t think I have experienced a wait time of more than 15 minutes, regardless of when I come in. They are always careful to ask you how you would like them to cut your hair, and they carefully and competently help you regain the look you like. They are pleasant — not overly chatty, which I like — and they work efficiently. At the end of each haircut, they give you a touch-up with a straight-edge razor, and then they follow that with a mini-massage of your neck, shoulders, and head; it always feels great. Prior to my coming here for haircuts, I had been going to SportClips, but their loyalty program is too complicated and confusing, and here they just consistently charge a reasonable price every time. For getting your haircut right every time at a reasonable price and a time that works for you, Traville Barber Shop wins every time.

Wohoo! Another fast and easy barbershop with great bang for buck! I came here and was out 15 minutes later with a nice cut, hot cream and razor shape up, and a nice massage. Best bart about it, was that my pockets were only 20 bills lighter including tip.

Let me get straight to the point. I have a high hairline. There. I said it. Feels good to get it off my chest really. I’ve been super self conscious about it since the high school days. Anyways, enough soul baring. I’ve gone to all sorts of high end salons to get my hair cut. Spending tons of cash for what I thought was a good trim. Well, those days are behind me. At the Traville Barber Shop I can get a great haircut, like seriously great, for 16 bones. I’ve gotten lined up by multiple people here, and always leave feeling good about the way I look. Vain. I know. But that’s the whole point of a hair cut. That $ 16 also includes a hot shaving cream and straight razor touch up, as well as a brief massage.

I get consistently careful, high-quality haircuts from this place at a reasonable price. One of the staff was rude to me, but for the most part they are nice and professional.

Good haircut, walk-ins are welcome. I came through the door and was set immediately. Sophie asked how I would like my haircut, and asked several times throughout the haircut if it was exactly the way I wanted it. Excellent communication. Nice shave on the back of the neck and sideburns, The best part was the shoulder neck and head massage. Great price too.

Jenny gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten, even when compared to the great Aveda and Paul Mitchell salons I have gone to. Will definitely be a repeat visitor.

I’ve been coming to this Barber Shop for years since I moved back into the area. It’s gotten really hard to find a good Barber Shop that isn’t a) a salon, or b) grossly overpriced. It seems these days you either have to surrender to the feminity of a salon or pay way too much for a place that’s trying way too hard to be masculine. This is a classic Barber Shop that’s well worth a visit if you need a haircut. The price is reasonable and pretty much all the barbers are good.

They’re great. Most other barbers I’ve been to in the area can’t cut curly/wavy hair properly. They just treat it like it’s straight hair and the results just look weird or look OK that day but then it looks super awkward when it grows out. Dimitri is absolutely amazing at cutting curly/wavy hair and I’ve never had a better haircut than with him.

I walked in and was immediately seated for my haircut. I watched this white guy walk in and immediately I’m told to have a seat and wait until he’s finished. Riccardo was nice and maybe the only reason I might return The hot shaving cream and straight razor made me rate this one more star. I always give a place the benefit of the doubt. I guess I’ll have to go when no white people are entering lol.
