Description

Specialties

Striders are YOUR Fastpitch Specialists. We provide instruction and training in all aspects of the game of fastpitch, including hitting, pitching, catchers, defensive skills, position play, conditioning, mental skills, pre-season, off-season and so much more.

Our 5200 square foot facility is just the right size for team workouts, and we also do individual and small group instruction. We work with many travel ball organizations to provide training at our facility AND off-site at space rented by the team. We rent our facility to teams for training, either with their satff or our staff. We also provide coaches training and team building programs.

History

Established in 2008.

Three coaches with over 60 years combined expereince were lamenting the lack of quality training facilities for fastpitch players. Baeball facilities ALSO ran softball instruction, but it was always a side focus. So we decided to provide what we were looking for.

After several attempts to partner with indoor sports facilities, we realized we needed our own space so we could control the hours, programs and costs. In 2010 we moved into our facility at 12 Derwood Circle. After a few changes in our management team, we are now guided by a strong group of owners who are all committed to our feamle clients.

In 2012, we expanded our focus to include programs for Mental Skills and Physical Conditioning programs. We have run summer camp programs since 2009, and we are committed to our players and keeping our facility an independant training facility. We do not belong to any travel ball program, but we do work with several travel ball programs to provide resources and training.
