Took my wife’s A4 in for servicing and the team at Rockville Audi went above and beyond– had her oil changed and a part replaced; they put the vehicle on a diagnostics check and it came back clean. They did give us a recommendation for rear brakes in the near future which will be done within the next few weeks; thanks Rockville Audi for such a positive experience; I feel like my wife will be driving safe!

I recently had my car serviced at Rockville Audi for new brakes and I consistently have received stellar customer service, which is very important to me. It’s for that reason that I will make the drive from Virginia. I highly recommend!

After a bit of confusion with another advisor, Max took over and arranged for Alex my mechanic to handle the problem with my S5. They both assisted me with excellence. Def recommend asking for Max for all Audi service.

Women BEWARE!!! I arrived at the Rockville Audi dealership this morning just a few minutes after opening with my 12 year old son. We spent approximately 30 minutes in the showroom and were completely ignored by the sales staff. I decided to take the initiative and said hello to a salesman. He quickly said hello and then walked away. There were a few other customers in the showroom but plenty of sales staff to go around. I guess I was not considered a viable customer because I was not accompanied by a grown man.

Dear Rockville Audi, I have been a customer of yours for 6 years and its been absolutely wonderful from the moment we first brought our car to you guys! I just love Max Arron and don’t get me started on his socks! Max is attentive, resourceful, disciplined, great attitude toward customers and very helpful with ideas. I also appreciate the service management help with Matt who is equally amazing and really goes to bat for me when it looks like a transmission problem and I’m just out of warranty. I also appreciate Joe and Jeff who have given me a ride or brought my car home has been extremely helpful. No go further! These guys are the best

This was my first time having my Audi serviced at this branch and my rep was the best I have ever encountered. He caught things that were not addressed on previous services, which was done at other Audi locations, and saw to it that it was addressed. He kept me informed throughout the process as well. Explained all of the paperwork, and I felt that my car was truly being serviced as it should be. Absolutely recommend this location.

My experience was relatively seamless with all things considered when you purchase a vehicle. I highly recommend Hamdeal Omar as your Audi specialist to work with. He is a genuine down to earth guy that is super knowledgeable of both Audis Features & Benefits. Hamdeal will go above and beyond to ensure those he is working with feel comfortable and are received with the white glove Audi experience. As expected, it was quite a long day of finalizing the purchase agreement. In the meantime, I met Tony Gonazlez who is such a nice Audi Brand Specialist. If you are in the market for an certified pre-​owned Audi, he is your guy! A ball of personality and such a straight shooter! I would highly recommend Audi of Rockville! The entire team will make you feel like family each time you walk in the door!

This is only a review of the parts counter, I had no interaction with the rest of the dealership. I stopped at Audi Rockville on the way home from a ski trip as my experience with Audi Arlington had been awful. One of my passengers when loading my trunk had forced it. Apparently due to the way the pressure was applied, a plastic retaining clip that holds the inside of the passenger side tail light in broke. It fits in the category of 10 cent black plastic retainer, held on by a single screw that then holds on the tail light assembly. I walked in and explained my issue to the parts guy. He asked for the vehicle VIN number. Figuring I’d be helpfully, I went back out to the car, unclipped the tail light and brought it in to him. Long story short, rather than demonstrating even the vaguest amount of initiative, he wanted me to come back in with the VIN number so he could order in the ~$ 400 tail light for me. Needless to say I left without making the order. I seem to be ⁰⁄₂ on the local Audi dealerships. Very disappointed. I probably should have talked with the service guys as they probably have a few laying around and could have given me one for free, but I didn’t want to spend the rest of the afternoon at the dealership.
I’ve reached out to the dealership in response to the dealer comment on this post. I haven’t heard back from them yet, but I appreciate their taking the time to reach out. I’ve bumped my review from one to two stars accordingly.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Audi A3 from Christian Seymour at Rockville Audi.
I flew in from Charlotte, NC to buy this car– the dealership sent someone (Souma) to pick me up from the airport. Between the 45 minute drive to and from the airport, the fact that he arrived 45 minutes early, and the fact that my plane was delayed 2 hours, Souma spent almost 5 hours picking me up– he didn’t complain at all and was still smiling when I finally saw him leave the dealership sometime after 10PM.
As for Christian– he provided the best sales experience I’ve received in at least 5 years– from the bigger things– patiently walking me through the features of the car, happily staying until almost midnight to finalize the purchase, to the smaller details– having the car pulled to the front when I arrived (with my name and a hand-​drawn Audi symbol hanging from the rear view mirror), to realizing at almost the last minute that the battery on one of the batteries was low and changing it for me– you can tell that he really puts an extraordinary amount of effort into making sure every sales experience is positive and memorable.
If my next car is an Audi (likely) or a Porche (unlikely) I plan to travel back to Audi of Rockville to make the purchase again. The amazing price I got on the car (without any haggling whatsoever) brought me to the dealership in the first place, but the great sales experience will likely bring me back.

2^nd time I’ve picked up my car from the service department still with the same problems I brought it in with. This time I walked away with more s***, literally. I don’t know where they parked my white A5, but when I picked it up at night, I was told they aren’t doing car washes due to the cold and that they «owe me one». In the dark, I was able to see a little on my car door but it wasn’t until morning when got the whole picture. Yellow crap ALL OVER MY CAR!!! I spent the morning scrubbing the s*** off my car in the freezing cold. Not to mention they charged me $ 86 dollars to clean my breaks so they don’t squeak (but they still do) and they didn’t replace my key battery like I requested. Think I’m going to go out of my way to bring my car back to Tysons.

The audi team did a great job from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my new sweet ride. I drove three hours to trade in my civic and lease my new vehicle.
Probably the most gruesome experience at any dealership is the paper work but I got out in a timely fashion.
I would definitely recommend my excellent experience with friends and family.

There is always a sense of arrogance at this dealership. I’m a serious buyer with my checkbook in my hand to buy a particular car i saw on their website, so I was hoping to be looked after, but I was disappointed. It appears that they do so much business that they really don’t care.
We were greeted by a salesperson who was fairly friendly (though he never offered us a drink considering it was a sweltering summer day, we had to ask). Anyway, when it was time for making a deal, they were completely unwilling to budge, and they showed no interest in earning the business. We made an offer and asked them to counter, but they didn’t bother. We simply walked off the lot and no one came to talk to us. What an attitude.

Came in with my wife looking to buy two cars. All the sales staff (enrique, tony) and management (brian) were extremely attentive, patient, kind, and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase a car. Our entire experience there was streamlined, and we felt we got the best deal possible after having visited many other dealerships. I would buy from there again without hesitation.

This Audi dealership is like most. It has lots of young somewhat disinterested guys who gather around their desk to sell a car. The product is ok. They don’t have much selection. Seems like that’s true for the whole brand. Test drive was ok nothing special.

Larry S. read my review and was very surprised to hear of my review. I gave him a call and he answered my call immediately. Luckly the car was not sold and Christian S. (sales person) addressed all my needs. He was attentive the first time and attentive the second time. I appreciate the follow-​up from both Larry and Christian and appreciate their assistance. I am a happy camper of a pre-​owned Acura TL 2008! I got a great deal it drives close to brand new!

We recently purchased an SUV from this location and had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We came in with an idea of what we were looking for and Michael (I believe he is in charge of the Porshe side) was extremely helpful, upfront, and non-​pushy. In addition Mo and Jordan gave us excellent customer service and worked us through all the details. I cannot speak for the service side of things yet but overall I was very impressed with this place, especially after dealing with several other (often shady) dealerships in our hunt for a larger car.

My girlfriend and I tried to buy a used 2010 Audi A4 from Rockvill Audi, and had a very unpleasant experience — full of fraud from beginning to end. I would recommend those who wanted to be honestly treated go to other dealerships.
For those who don’t want to read through the whole review, the unpleasant experience includes:
— salesman lying about the features of the car, and showing us the inflated KBB price based on features that are not included in this car;
— after we and the dealer agreed on a price, and we confirmed to pick up the car on the evening, the dealer called in the middle of the day saying they sold the car to someone else at a higher price;
— not wanting us to take the car to a mechanical inspection.
OK, here comes the whole story.
We found a used 2010 Audi A4 on the dealer’s website, and went there to test drive the car. After that we sat down to negotiate for price. With a computer screen displaying the dealer’s website, the salesman (let’s call him TN), said, «Our price is the TruePrice, meaning that THIS IS THE BEST PRICE, MUCH LOWER THAN ANY OTHER DEALERS AND YOU DON’T NEED TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BARGAIN.» Then TN showed us a printed KBB webpage, showing that the lower end of the fair price on KBB is higher than the TruePrice he was asking for. We asked TN to get the KBB price step-​by-​step online, and we noticed that he selected several packages when setting the features, including Premium Plus package (worth $ 3000+) and S-​line package.
We were wondering if these packages actually were included in this 2010 A4, but didn’t have a way to verify. At that point another salesman passed by, and we asked him if he could provide a detailed feature of this 2010 A4. He returned in a few minutes with a piece of paper, and it turned out that this A4 is the most basic A4 model, only added heated seat and bluetooth. Then we asked TN to go through KBB again without those unexisting features, and the KBB fair purchase price dropped by $ 2000. This was irritating that he lied about the features. «So what about the TruePrice?» We asked. TN said, «This is just a trademark, EVERY DEALER DOES THIS.» So we asked for a price in the middle of KBB’s fair purchase range, and he refused.
A month later, we received an email from TN, saying that the online price of the 2010 A4 has dropped by $ 1000. So we asked for a bit less than what we originally asked for. He replied no. On the next day, he replied saying that he can do the price we asked for. In his email he said, «Congratulations! We have committed to your terms of [the price we asked for] out the door price. [A few sentences about the documents he needed.] I am glad that we could earn your business.» We emailed him saying that we will come the next evening (which is today), and he replied yes.
At 9am today, we called to ask if we can take the car to a pre-​purchase inspection. TN said he needed to ask his manager. At 9:30am, TN called, saying that the car was being sold to a walk-​in customer, who was paying $ 1000 higher than we asked for.
This is ridiculous, as the dealership knew we’ll be coming this evening to pay for the car. We called the front desk of Rockville Audi, and got transfer the salesman who was selling the 2010 A4 at that time (TN was off that day). The salesman who should be selling the car just then seems to have no idea what we’re talking about — he helped us to check online and their database to see if the car was sold, and it was NOT.
Finally, we got transfer to the manager. The manager said things like «we don’t reserve used car for anyone», «this is first-​come, first-​serve», without addressing the issue that he knew we would come in the evening to pay for the car. We were pissed off because he not only «broke his promise» to some extent, he did not even let us know before agreed on selling the car to someone else. This is like using us as a back-​up buyer for his cars.
Also, this left us with the suspicion that actually there was not such a walk-​in customer. The dealership simply didn’t want us to take the 2010 A4 to inspection, or changed their mind and didn’t want to sell us at a price we previously agreed on. I checked online just now (5 hours after receiving the call that the car was being sold), and the car is still available.
So, to sum up, we’ll never come there again, and would suggest others who want to be treated honestly, DON’T GO TO ROCKVILLE AUDI. They lie about car features, lie about KBB pricing, saying you can come pickup the car one day and change their mind the next day.

I dread purchasing cars. It’s one of the worst things a person can go through. Surprisingly enough the car buying experience here was excellent. Thanks to Christian Seymour, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure everything was explained and was thorough with the details about the vehicle I was interested in. He made the experience pleasant and made me think that future car purchases will be made here. Also wanted to acknowledge Jordan Stickelman for assisting with the finance side of things. He made it quick and simple, no fuss at all. Everything went great.

I recently purchased a car from this location and I had a really great experience. I worked with Tristan and he was very patient in helping me find the right car for me!
He was very helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make everything happen efficiently.

I got a beautiful 4 piece postcard invitation in the mail to visit Audi of Rockville and if I came in Monday to Thursday for a test drive they would give me a $ 50 Nordstroms Gift Card.
I’ve used a similar marketing campaign for one of my businesses giving out Starbucks gift cards and it’s become an annual event.
I went in 2 weeks ago on Thursday and gave the salesperson Tristan my invitation upon arrival and he asked to see my Drivers License which I gave him.
I’ve never owned an Audi before but I’m not a novice to German sports cars as I’ve owned recently a Mercedes SL 55 which was too small and then traded to a BMW sedan which I really like.
While I’m not actively looking for cars the Audi invite was perfect to check out the sedans since I’ve never driven one before and the dealership is attached to their Porsche Rockville which is what I envisioned as my next car just so you have full disclosure and background, and I fully disclosed to the salesperson that I wasn’t actively looking for a car currently and the $ 50 gift card was the hook to get me to over there.
At the end of the test drive I was introduced to the GM of the dealership, and it certainly was a nice low pressure experience as it should be when looking at $ 80,000 to $ 100,000 cars.
As I was ready to leave I asked Tristan for my gift card and he said they didn’t have them physically there and they would email it and I figured that was a bit disingenuous. Ok, here’s my email address.
Tristan sent me a nice follow up email but days went by and I never got the Nordstroms gift certificate. I called him 3 days later and Tristan said he would get it resolved. 3 more days went by and nothing. I called Tristan again and he said Nordstroms would email it to me. Nothing was in my spam and I checked all old email. I called Tristan on Friday to tell him I felt scammed and I would never buy from Audi or a Sonic dealership.
The $ 50 isnt like a missing lottery ticket and it’s not the monetary value, it’s principle and nobody likes to be scammed.
Caveat Emptor if you deal with them.
