Scheduled an appointment with Relocation Moving And Storage Inc. for 8am. The driver called to say he was in the process of moving someone else and pushed my time to 2pm. I asked why no one bother to contact me. He told me to locate another mover (wow). I couldn’t believe this guy’s poor customer service conduct. I had to move out of my place on this particular day so I asked what time could he be here. He replied, «I don’t know 4pm or later.» I waited and waited since it was too late to schedule with another moving company. Well, the drive never called me back. I contact him and he didn’t answer. Next, I contacted the company; the representative said he’d call me back. He never did so; I called him and left a message. The representative returned my call to say the guy wasn’t moving me. Now, I have to pay month-​to-​month rent until I locate another mover. The month-​to month rent is extremely higher than what I paid within my lease contract that ended.
After, goggling the owner of Relocation Moving And Storage Inc. I stumbled up on a sight called «Citysearch» in New York. On Citysearch I located lots of poor reviews on this company. Therefore, before considering Relocation Moving And Storage Inc. check out Citysearch and read the negative reviews. I thought it was important for a business to treat their customer decent in order to spread positive feedback. This company has no clue about quality customer service. I didn’t get positive results from Relocation Moving And Storage Inc. only negative feedback.

Small move quoted for $ 320 plus fuel costs. Ended up costing over $ 750 (240 man hours, 80 travel time, 120 drive to destination (only 20 minutes away), 70 fuel charge, the rest for packing/​unpacking materials)
Very unprofessional avoid at all costs.
