I came here for an oil change because I found a cheap coupon online and because I’m a cheap idiot. I called ahead because it was out of the way. They said to definitely come, no problem, we’ll see you soon. I got there and was told it was a three hour wait. When I said I had just called, the staff said they didn’t know why someone told me that and stood there with dumb looks on their faces. Really, I’m dumb for trying to save money at a crummy chain.

Ok so i found out that they stripped one of my lug nuts on my rear wheel and the whole stud came off. Now i need to take it to the dealer to get it repaired… thats more money down the drain.

You can probably guess that I’m still looking for the perfect oil change that doesn’t require driving 500 miles to my dad’s garage to make sure it’s a job done right.
I got an oil change at NTB on November 13. 1,000 miles later, I noticed that both my oil and coolant were leaking and took it into an ASE –certified technician/​shop. Lots of problems but here are the things they pointed out NTB did not do (and NTB was the last to touch the oil system): 1/​oil filter was in loose and 2/​washer on bolt was not changed.
